Nice place and very comfortable. Easy check in and check out.

This was a one night stay and it was more than expected. Very nice place and great location.

Literally I saw one person at checkin and nobody thereafter and that includes other guests. No one was at the desk overnight and I was in the lobby 3 times the next morning and never saw or heard a soul.

I was never greeted by anyone at the property. I received all of my information to get in the property by text message. The floor in the rooms were dirty. Horrible experience.

Very nice facility. Very clean and friendly staff. The only issue was the tv - the internet was too slow and it constantly disrupted the picture. Would definitely recommend

We started at another hotel and changed to The Sportsman Lodge and the service and room was excellent. Intially the room lock would not activate and a painter who was working on the floor stopped to help, went to desk and brought the lady on duty who changed the battery on the lock and all was was great. We will be back! The reason we left the other hote, their key card maker would not work and we would have to be escorted to our room each time we returned...glad it happened, the Sportsman Lodge was a big upgrade all the way around.

It’s great place to stay. The person at registration was very helpful. It was recently taken over by new management. They no longer have breakfast. Room is clean and comfortable. There are some public areas that could use a little cleaning, like the elevator.

Always a great place to stay

Had to find the staff because no one was at the welcome desk when we got there. Other than that, the room was great.

As others have stated recently, breakfast is non existent due to recent ownership decisions. Also the rooftop viewing has been closed down due to issues with the railing. There is nobody at the lobby desk ever. The room door has an electronic lock, no additional chain locks or anything on the inside for security. Make sure you press the lock icon when you leave or your room is insecure. Find another option.

I didn’t get to check in at all. Went to the hotel twice and there was no one at the desk or anywhere to be found to get checked in. I had to sleep in my damn truck.

Phone calls were not handled properly and referral to the desk just kept ringing then went back to the original message

Breakfast was none existent. No staff in the morning for check out; none

Staff was very friendly.

Our stay here was okay nothing spectacular.
