We stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel is in an excelled location to the square and a 10-15 minute walk to the river. Toulouse is a wonderful walkable city. The rooms are modern and clean. We didn’t have a tub in the room, and like many french hotels, the toilet was in a completely separate room outside where the shower and sink are. I always find this very strange as you have to do your business in a “closet” and then walk to the main bathroom area to wash your hands. The breakfast was typical French consisting of breads, jams, cold cut meats, yogurt and cheese. The croissants were delicious and they had a decent espresso machine. There is a patio on the side to sit out and enjoy people watching. Next door to the hotel is an amazing Boulangerie. People lined up outside to get the bread. We didn’t as we had enough bread at the free breakfast. Great and helpful staff.

Certainly worth the slightly higher price. Friendly, helpful multi lingual staff. Comfortable clean rooms with excellent rain shower. Excellent location next to the St. Sernin Cathedral and a few blocks from Le Capitole.

Very friendly staff and made us feel like staying at home. 5 mins walk to Capital and tour buses area but yet this boutique hotel is in a quiet end of the street. Convenient location to good restaurants and shops. A very enjoyable stay for us

The hotel has a very practical location in downtown, so close from l'Abbaye Saint Sernin and the Garonne rive. Rooms are very nice and clean. The service is care full and kind. My favorite place to rest during my weekends in Toulouse.

I enjoyed the Villa Hotel Du Taur. I found it to be extremely quiet and yet in a street adjoining the busy Place du Capitole, so it is conveniently situated for restaurants, bars, shops and Metro stations. The staff were pleasant and helpful, and my room was very clean, if somewhat small.
