The pool and food areas were nice The air con was only in the bedroom and it wasn’t great Obviously as the sofa beds r in the living area it was very uncomfortable at night

Beautiful property, wonderful staff,everyone went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, we felt safe and all amenities were provided, space was adequate for our needs. Will definitely visit again and will recommend as the place to stay in Bodrum.

لقد كانت تجربة جيدة, يقومون بتظنيف الغرف يوميا ,المسبح هو اكثر شيء ممتع بالفندق حيث أن في بعض الاحيان ستجد البحر بارد ولايمكنك النزول اليه. أتمنى أن يطيلو فترة دخول المسبح الى 10 مساءا لانه يغلق مبكرا

Very sweet owners, kind and helpful people. Big clean refreshing pool, we loved it a lot! Nice ambience with blossoming trees on the walls. Bus stop to Bodrum is close by, 5 min walk Loud music from the bars close by at night, but it’s nothing owners can do - they give us ear plugs though that helped a lot and we had perfect nights.

Got a very old apartment with non working AC and bad smell coming from everywhere. One AC only in the bedroom while nothing in living area. The AC was fixed after several nagging (remote was changed) but we worked successfully to adapt with the terrible smell. Our apartment was about 20 meters away from a noisy cafe (loud music) where music turn down after 3:00 am. According to the receptionist, the hotel was full and no replacement was available. I ended up booking a new hotel room in a calmer area.

We stayed here for a week as a cheap getaway. We were pleasantly surprised with the location and the apartment. The apartment was very spacious with a lounge/kitchen area, bathroom and separate bedroom. Balcony overlooking the pool area. The pool area is small but kept clean and sun beds seemed to always be available. Staff are friendly and extremely helpful. The only negative point is that our room was only cleaned once in a week, we had to chase for clean towels. The location is on the outskirts of gumbet within short walking distance of the town centre/bar street. The night noise is loud so maybe wouldn't recommend for somewhere to stay with small children. The food is good quality at the complex and extremely good value for money. Overall a good trip and well worth the money paid!!!!

My recent stay at Madison 48 was amazing , room was so clean , staff were friendly , this place is located in heart of gumbet, close to pretty much everywhere , beautiful pool and Turkish breakfast , I highly recommend this apart hotel to anyone who wants to go to vacation around bodrum, front desk manager "Umut" was very helpful . Thx for making my vacation great

Bella struttura, bella piscina. Pulito e ben gestito. Zona molto rumorosa. Condizionatore solo in una camera, la seconda con ventilatore ma non è possibile tenere finestre aperte a causa del rumore dei locali notturni.

Stayed here for 5 weeks in July/august 2025. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff are very helpful and they speak English well. I really like the pool area and the hotel is close to everything you need
