It is business traveler hotel. Our room had an ample area equipped with a comfortable bed with nigh-table at each side, a sofa, a desk/dinning table with one chair, a kitchen counter with sink, a closet and a comfortable bathroom. We were in a top floor. From the window we had a nice view of Sao Carlos' sky. The location is great, we were pretty close to restaurants and the city center. Breakfast was not great, rather standard. So overall for the price it is a good deal.

I stayed in this hotel for attending a conference at USP. Everything was good, the room was clean and comfortable and also very big. Breakfast was included and many options were available. Morever, many things are walking distance, but also you can get an uber to anywhere for a very cheap price. I have nothing to complain about except the hair dryer, which wasn't very useful. The price was ok, but it could be a bit cheaper. WiFi worked fine and I liked that you don't have to login every time you arrive in the hotel.

Nice hotel across the street from the University of Sao Paulo. Very convenient to the university, a 15-min walk to the downtown restaurants.

Very nice facility with modern furnishings. The breakfast spread is very nice and the staff service are excellent. Would plan to stay there again next time in Sao Carlos.

Internet is terrible in the room and the same in the common areas. Breakfast and lunch food is mediocre. Rooms are large and clean

Good hotel but there were some small prroblems with room cleanliess and they have every day the same staff for the breakfast.
