We had a great time. Would stay again.

We had a great stay. Very private. Felt safe with the gates being locked and nobody can’t enter without calling the front desk.

The property is far from Morelia which was inconvenient for me I had to take a 20 min taxi every time. Also the solar water heating is unstable you have to be careful while taking a hot shower or you run the risk of being burnt while in the shower.

The room was completely different from what was advertised. It looked like a cave carved into the side of a hill, converted into a room. Mosquitos were terrible. We had to fumigate the room ourselves, killed mosquitos (an amount never seen anywhere else at other hotels), ants, and other bugs. Cockroaches were also found in the room. The water pressure in the shower was terrible, shower head was clogged. Spent two nights there out of three. There was no AC, no windows to open and let air in. I have never stayed in a room like the one assigned to us, labeled as pet friendly. The only thing I noticed that possibly made this room pet friendly was the absence of floor mats. After complaining we were moved to a suite. Now, this looked a lot better but just old looking and in need of repair. We didn't mind that. The shower didn't drain properly, the water took a long time to drain.

Beautiful and peaceful grounds. Beautiful and unique room. Customer service good enough. There’s room for improvement. Could use basic information about hotel amenities upon arrival.

If your eco friendly and into peace this is the place. About 15 minutes from downtown smd near Costco. Unfortunately I did not like the entry key to my stay. What a joke, the Manzanos suite. The bed base is out of wood, hard and feels like your sleeping on the ground. The shower another issue lack of pressure and trying to get it warm forget it. Either hot or cold. The parking is another issue lack of. Only 4 cars fit and you have to wait for them to let you in and out. I like convenience. So not my cup of tee. Food not worth it. Massage Yes Josa works wonders. If your looking for relaxation and nature Yes if not stay somewhere else and closer to town

Internet did not work well and the bed was a bit hard but other than that the hotel was very nice. Should not need internet at a place like this anyway!

It listed the property as a spa but upon check in, no one told us about any services. This hotel is off the beaten path. No where to walk to as it is at the end of a dirt road. You need to take a cab everywhere. It was lovely however and quiet. Wifi only worked in the lobby even though we were told otherwise. It was a good hotel away from noise.

Muy guardable la estancia y la atención gracias

La cama KS que nos tocó en esta ocasión en la habitación Fuentes, estaba demasiado dura. Y la comida que ordenamos en la cena no nos gustó, específicamente la hamburguesa BBQ. Es demasiado pequeña y estaba demasiado tostado el pan, por el precio en que la ofrecen está demasiado cara para lo que te sirven. La verdad es una lástima en su menú (cantidad, variedad y precios) sirven poco, omiten ingredientes que ellos mismos publican en su menú que llevan sus platillos y los precios están muy elevados. Y si quieres ingresar alimentos el exterior te cobran una multa por ello. Entiendo que cada hotel tenga sus políticas pero si me parece que deberían cambiar esa parte ya que por lo demás es un lugar perfecto para descansar.

Problemas en la reservación y se tardaron 1:30 en dar habitación y no tiene aire acondicionado y hace muchísimo calor
