Great view, very nice and friendly staff, great breakfast good location

Room was clean, staff had difficulty with english but tried their best. Quiet. Fantastic Breakfast. Overall a good stay

The view was exquisite. The breakfasts spoiled us as did the spa with steam room downstairs. The Thai massage at the spa left me euphoric. This will be our go to when we come to Andorra from now on

I am a solo traveler exploring and finding Andorra was a bit overwhelming for me ...until I was greeted at Hote Carlemany by Eva and Franck at the front desk, and Neus at the free daily spa. They made me feel at home. My room on the river was divine. The healing waters flowing so potent. The location of this hotel was perfect for me up and away from the enormous crowds, yet a 3-minute walk to them. The thermal pool was relaxing. This was the absolute best find hotel for me there. In the 3-days, I walked and walked and walked - and I truly know I was in the best spot.

In general the hotel was fine although the breakfast opens from 8am which was late for me since I got the bus at 8. Also you need too book spa in advance, I stayed there for 1 night and during checkin I tried to book a slot and all were taken already

We were very pleased with our stay and very happy with everything. The room was spacious and very clean and quiet. The service was great. We had dinner at the hotel one night and the food was very good. I was especially pleased that the menu had some excellent GF options. Overall this was a great experience at a great value and we were happy w everything.

It is the second time I stay in SPA Termes Carlemany, because I find it perfect for a short stay in Andorra. Has spa and it is close to shops. Moreover, it has an excellent restaurant and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I am very satisfied with the service it provides and I count on staying again in my next trip to Andorra.

The hotel is very old and does not smell nice, needs a renovation not a 4 stars and not even close. Not worth it the high price at all

All is well at the Carlemany, great people, in for a chat, warm and welcoming. Upon arrival you can park near the front door and unload the luggage, to park the vehicle 100 meters up the road in a locked parking place. If you are travelling by motorcycle, the parking lot is a bit of a challenge, as the card reader to open the door is on a steep slope. The rest, marvellous!

The bed was dead and if you like to sleep on the road, this is the perfect place The people are very nice and they have a excellent service

My cousin and I booked a twin bedS room At Carlemany hotel . Each bed is really small. ( fell out of bed last nite haha) Hotel is located in Main Street . Even window closed it is noisy til midnite and starts again at 6 am. Bring ur ear plugs Gym,pool are closed ( I rented this SPA hotel to work out :-( Breakfast is great and staff very good I won’t come back

I arrived out of season to a warm greeting followed by a more than adequate room. The town its self was a bit quite as it was out of season so I settled for dinner at the hotel what a result !! 3 courses for 16 euros the food was good especially the Jambon starter which I would highly recommend overall a good hotel to stay.

Wonderful place, a little out of the way which is what we wanted, about 10 minutes outside of Arles. Great pool, relaxing, good service. The ONLY downside was breakfast. Since it's out of the ways, you'd think that breakfast would be included but it isn't, fine. But a whopping 16 Euros per person....not worth it at all! And they don't tell you this until you're ready to check out. When you check in they tell you just about everything else, including the breakfast hours but they forget the minor detail of the 16 Euro breakfast. And no wi-fi in the rooms, only in the lobby.

Car park and swimming pool separate from the hotel. Bedrooms are dated. However, staff were helpful and evening meal in restaurant was excellent.
