This was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. • Hygiene: There were cockroaches in the room—we killed three ourselves. • Room Condition: All three lamps in the room were broken. The room wasn’t cleaned during our stay until we complained, and while towels were changed every other day, dirty ones were left in the room. • Safety: Several electrical outlets were missing covers, exposing live wires—an extremely dangerous situation, especially since we had a toddler with us. We stayed only because we couldn’t find another place. Honestly, sleeping on the street might have been cleaner and safer. Despite raising these concerns with the hotel directly, we received nothing but poor excuses and no real resolution. Avoid this place at all costs.

I think more and better quality photos of the property would have been better. The room was fine and the beds / pillows were very comfortable. The problem was the bathroom which had a sewage smell during our entire stay. If the bathroom door was left open the entire unit would smell. This was a deal breaker for us and I do not plan to return. Friends who stayed in a unit on another floor also had the same bathroom sewage smell (same dates). The shower stall looked dated and the fixture was semi-broken. If the bathroom shower stall / fixtures were repaired and the smell was dealt with then this would be 5 star property. I do have to say that the ladies at the reception were excellent to deal with.

Great Location. Very clean and comfortable. Small kitchen area. Large bathroom. Air con. Metro station just a short walk away.

Well check in time was 1400 hours, but they were still cleaning the room. So they said that we could go and sit on the sofa while the cleaner was finishing. There was no sofa so we waited for 30 minutes. The bathroom was cleanish but had a bit of mildew on the ceiling, the shower holder was broken the shower doors had not been cleaned in a while. The kitchen/living area wasn’t practical unable to use hob and sink correctly due to it being crammed into a small area. As well as chipped and cracked crockery. Very little communication from staff almost had to force some information out of them. Should have had a sofa instead we had 2 single beds which they said were an upgrade. The people upstairs were like a small herd of elephants, I realise this can’t be helped. The location was good and accessible to restaurants, shops and tourist attractions that is about the only positive thing about it. I would recommend it for one night only.

Good location, cheap hard bed, not enough towels. Would recommend, value for money however, I would not stay there again.

The property was disorganized and dirty in the outside… meaning there was laundry in the halls, etc. the rooms themselves were better, but the whole experience wasn’t great unfortunately.

Most positive experience. Very clean, excellent location, close to shopping, restaurants, sightseeing, metro. The bed was comfortable. The customer Service is outstanding. Evelin reached out in advance to provide the instructions and assisted after her work hours. Went above and beyond to help us. Will definitely stay again at this great place if we ever travel to beautiful Lisbon.

Great location. Decent bed. Kitchenette was a joke. Wires were frayed on microwave (did not use it) and no dishes at all so really isn't usable.

Check in was ok. The office was very small and uncomfortable. Once checked in, we went to our room and turned on the a/c which cooled down the room - then we discovered that we had 2 a/c which was even better especially in the 30-plus weather. Room was good, shower was small and the sink needed getting used to - have to experience it to understand. Room has a bar fridge, small stove, microwave, sink and came with dishes and cutlery. Even had a small washing machine - no dryer though. Very close to bakeries, restaurants, metro, and shopping district. Overall, happy with the stay.

GREAT location. Walked pretty much everywhere. The Bathroom space was a bit light on hangers and comfort but everything else was perfect. Can get a bit noisy in the night with other guests. Not enough insulation.

This is close to most main attractions. The more you walk around the more you realize it is the perfect location. Even only 20-25 min walk to the cruise terminal. Not as hilly in this location for walking. The sofa bed was not comfortable, you could feel the springs. It would benefit from another small mattress overtop. Upper shower head holder was lose/broken but the mid one was solid.

Excellent Location, 1 block to Rua Augusta, very close to plaza do comercio ans more, a lot of restaurants, receptionist very friendly and helpful, very happy with this hitel.

While the people were friendly and the apartment was clean, the experience still slightly disappointing compared to the images on the listing. The apartment—and particularly the kitchen—was significantly more cramped than usual, and there were signs of disrepair in the bathroom—particularly in the case of the shower, whose paint had begun to peel.

Great Location

Pateo Saudade Is in a very desired location. Close to must all Landmarks you want to see. Uber can take at very reasonable price around Lisbon. The restroom lab a little weird. Is difficult to wash you face without bumping you head against the faucet.

In the hart of the City, walk to everything. Great Location.

Everything is great: walkable to lots of places, shopping areas, view points, restaurants. The only thing I think they can do better is to clean up room everyday.
