location very closed with downtown area, clean and comfort

The hotel location is superb. It is directly opposite of Hyundai Department store with a lot of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Bus stop access to almost everywhere around the city is just in front of the hotel itself. The staff is super friendly, helpful and able to converse in English very well. The room is another surprise as it doesn't look like any 3-star hotel. It feels like 5-star hotel for me. The room was spacious with great ambience and cleanliness. If I have a chance to go Ulsan, I will definitely stay in this hotel again.
