Property was easy to find with good parking

Breakfast was poorly handled. Coffee bad. Only one staff member who was run off her feet and just couldn't keep up with all the work. She tried her best.

Nice rooms, pool was dirty and the floor in the pool area is crumbling and right. Fun slide but pool and deck need some maintenance.

It’s was ok the Carpet in our room was dirty and old but all in all it was a good stay breakfast was ok.

This hotel was clean and the staff were friendly.

Ive stayed here on multiple occasions, and ill continue to. Only downside this time was hot tub was out of order ( it happens) and while I appreciate the drapes to make the room dark when you close them the air from fan gets trapped behind them so its difficult to properly cool the room down and really wastes energy.

Check-in was easy and quick as well as checkout. Rooms were clean and quiet. The hotel is close to restaurants and a grocery store. The continental breakfast was ok.

Great location lots of dining options

Hotel staff was nice and helpful. Beds were firm and pillows were crap. The hot tub was not working and the pool area was dirty.

Lovely staff, but unfortunately room needed attention to detail. Significant buildup of crud around the sink and tap and carpets due for a clean. TV remote barely working. Decent breakfast and very good beds however! Would recommend after a deep cleaning of the room!

Breakfast was great - Lots of options. Room was clean and tidy. We didn't use the pool during this stay, but we have before. Ideal location.

This met our needs. It had great access to everywhere we needed to go in the city. Lovely room, maybe could have been darker. Breakfast was decent.
