This is a great property, especially for a small town with limited options. The staff were super friendly and rooms were great too - kudos to the house-keeping department (Thank you for nice clean rooms)!! The only thing I would suggest is having a small gathering/ bar area or somethhing as it's difficult when you're from out of town and theres absolutely nothying available and nothing in town is open. Some people on vacation don't want to go to bed by 10:00 o'clock and not all contractors go home for the weekend. I think you're missing out on a real business opportunity here. Other than that, great stay!

When informed upon check-in that pool and hot tub were closed we asked for a discounted rate. Was advised we could gladly cancel our reservation with no penalty and find other accommodations. Could not believe management supported that approach and as they were off site was given email contact. Sent email to find out that’s exactly how management thought to rectify situation. Without those two amenities this property is vastly over-priced. Won’t be staying here again and advise all future customers to call first to check on hotel amenities. If pool is closed I wouldn’t pay more than $200/night for this property. Also - no need for standard management reply to my concerns saying reach out to discuss my experience. I did reach out while there and management did reply. They were well aware of my concerns and only offered us to go elsewhere.

Breakfast should be 30min earlier. Most people hear are due to the mines. However the breakfast isn't served early enough to utilize

Very comfortable beds. Good breakfast but pricing is outrageous at $300 bucks per night for a 2 queens room.
