On the golf club green, excellent breakfast and a very homely feel

My partner and I did a very last-minute booking, on the day of check in. The staff was waiting outside and ready to welcome us. The room was spacious and the bed to die for! The breakfast was made to your liking and exceeded my expectations. Owning my own travel company, I can be very picky and my standards are high. I will defiantly be back and send my clients here as well! Thank you for you and your team, making it such a pleasant stay.

Very happy with our stay. Made welcome and comfortable. Breakfast a pleasant experience with a nice meal in a lovely setting. The log fire lounge is a great place to wrap up the day. Good value for money.

Great breakfast, comfortable bed, noisy location (room 1) beside security gate and above managers accommodation. Minimal amenities in room. Stained linens and sofa.

Situated in a nice, quiet area overlooking the Hermanus Golf course. The room was small, walls thin, sliding door to the bathroom The breakfast could have used some fresh bread or rolls. Pre sliced packaged bread just doesn’t cut it. The fruit salad was excellent though.

Wonderful guest house overlooking the golf course. We could not have been happier given the fabulous welcome, beautiful room, excellent breakfast, and even free shuttle into town. We will be back

We stayed in room 1 which faces the mountain and street and is on the top level. The room has a lot of windows, a small patio, a couch, desk, air conditioning and comfortable bedding. Breakfast each morning was served overlooking the golf course. Food was tasty and freshly prepared. There is a small pool with nice area to sit and enjoy the sun. Staff was attentive, personable and friendly. Thank you to Elani and her crew for making our stay so relaxed.

Staff at the the hotel were tremendously friendly with no request too much trouble. They were kind, considerate; and the quality and thoughtfulness of everything arranged at the small hotel extremely high. Highly recommended.

Elani and her team deliver a quality of service that rivals that of any establishment world wide. From the communication prior to arrival, offers of assistance and advice during our stay, to the small touches in the room and attention to detail and care in presenting meals, we were simply swept away from start to end.

Lovely host and comfortable, clean room. Excellent service from everyone. The lodge is conveniently located but on a somewhat busy road and close to a school so might be a bit noisy for relaxation holiday

we checked into the hotel for 3 nights. in succession we found: holes in bed sheets and duvet covers, the safe did not lock and maintenance had to be called, the aircon didn't work and had to be repaired, for last 2 days there was inadequate water pressure to have a shower, the bathroom light didn't work and the bathroom door latch was broken. If it had not been for the charming and helpful staff we would have packed up and left, we felt sorry for them because these were maintenance issues and probably not their responsibility. the breakfasts were great and the location pleasant. i wouldn't recommend staying there until significant revamp is done. nightly shuttle into town was an unexpected bonus! Our recent stay at the Hermanus Lodge on the Green was absolutely brilliant. The staff was very friendly and helpful, went out of their way to ensure our stay a pleasant one. The lodge was very comfortable and clean, has all the amenities we needed for our stay. Will definitely go back!

Elani was amazing when we had problems with our hire car, staff could not have been more willing to help and provide excellent customer service.
