Staff was friendly!

Courteous staff,glad that the breakfast is back in the restaurant

Management refused to refund me or change the date of my stay once I discovered it was the wrong date and immediately after booking.

The room was beautiful! Front desk staff treated us like family. Great breakfast too!

The room was clean. The bathroom is pretty tired and due for an update. The hotel was very noisy on the second night with a dog barking every couple of hours and lots of doors slamming.

All good. Great breakfast, nice staff.

Dirty old hotel it needs a total redo

Hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. It was nice having a good menu selection at Ricky’s for the free breakfast that was included. Additionally, the hotel was situated in a central location.

The breakfast changed from the hotel breakfast to breakdown provided by Ricky’s All Day Grill. Although it was no longer all you can eat the quality was much better. The front desk was helpful in helping me find a solution when I needed to get a boost for my car battery. They gave me contacts and even heated pads after waiting in the -360°C weather.

Everything was great. The check-in was wonderful except that when I took a shower this morning curtain rod came off and hit me in my head, but then also there was two cockroaches that came out of the hole which is sort of gross but otherwise no complaints. Very clean you get what you paid for.

The new breakfast at Ricky's is great. I'm here once a month for work and staff are great, the rooms are clean, never have any complaints.

Rooms were tiny, bathroom sliding door right by the bed that didn’t lock, tv volume didn’t work, auromatic front doors that stopped half way making you slam into them

The manager went above and beyond. I had booked my room for the wrong night and he fixed it for me. Their key card thing wasnt working and so they were helping customers with that too. Excellent stay! The room was quiet and clean

Although staff were friendly, the room was dated and creepy in a separate annex building. Very run down. Breakfast inedible.
