Facility is clean, modern, & completely functional. Staff interactions were efficient & personable. Appreciated the Keurig! Due to back issues sleeping was a challenge, & the corner seating setup was not comfortable. We just have to figure out our own "accommodations" for future stays.

This hotel came thru for us while in Houston!! Jennifer was very helpful and was able to accommodate us with same day service!! Would definitely book again! Great hotel, great location, clean and accommodating!!

In town for baseball tourney / family trip 2025! This is the second summer we have stayed here and will continue to choose this hotel for future stays ! Our stay was great and would highly recommend!!

Breakfast and Parking!

The pool was green and you couldn't see through it. The landscaping was weeds and dead plants. Other than that the inside was nice and clean

The staff was not courteous at the time of check-in. We got there around an hour earlier than the regular check-in time. They were clueless about when we would get a room. We waited for half an hour and then left for late lunch as no one could tell us when we would get our room. Later on in the middle of the night around 3am, the fire alarm went off. The whole hotel was evacuated. It turned out to be a problem in their system as other guests confirmed that the same issue happened the night before also. The staff was uncooperative and never gave any good answers. Not recommended for a pleasant stay.

We stay here every time we do a weekend getaway to The Woodlands. Location is convenient and LOVE the restaurant in the Hotel, Johnny's Italian Steakhouse.

On our short stay, the fire alarm went off at about 3:30 am on Sunday morning. Thankfully it was a false alarm. However, we found out the same thing happened the night before and earlier in the week as well. There's supposedly a glitch in the system that the hotel knows about but they do not warn customers who are checking in.

Hotel was great but the pool needed to be cleaned.

Good hotel for quick work trip, outdated but clean and good bed. Staff was friendly. Location a bit slow but fine for biz trip.

It was nice rounds, but there were a few things broken in the rooms but all in all it was a great day

Green dirty pool. 3am false fire alarms that stayed on long enough to evacuate 2 consecutive nights. Staff chose not to improve the situations for any one.

The fire alarms went off at 3am two mornings in a row. Evidently, this is a recurrent problem. The firemen informed us that this was an ongoing problem that upper management refuses to fix. The GM was difficult for staff to reach about the alarms as well. DO NOT stay here unless you don’t mind fire alarms in the middle of the night!
