The breakfast was very good. The room was very clean and comfortable. Pleasant staff.

The room was unbelievably quiet. I could hear my neighbors TV through the door when I went into my room but couldn’t hear a peep once inside the room. Room was good but the bathroom smell was horrible. The day staff were friendly helpful and cheerful. Can’t say that about the night staff

Could not turn heat down in rooms, very uncomfortable, poor sleep. After house keeping cleaned room door was left unlocked co- also found stopper for sink was broke off and left to side. ,

They never changed the reservation to the 16 and 17 of January as requested and never sent a confirmation number after phoning the motel three different times. Nice to have someone who speaks English I can understand. Last time I stayed there they made mistakes, so I cancelled the reservation, Very poor service.

Parking was plentiful but cannot access from other than main door unless you have a key. Key card would not open doors and this makes it inconvenient getting to and from parking lot with bags. Hot tub was out of service 👎Otherwise a great value motel with excellent Buffett breakfast and great customer service at main lobby

It was good

Pleasant staff, nice room, great amenities. TV was not the best: had everything but what we wanted, such as no “local” Minnesota news or weather. Also had to return to front desk more than once when room keys no longer worked. All in all, enjoyed our stay and will return. Thank you!

The hotel has been remodelled and is very nice. The "cabin" decor is just what I like. I loved the fact that my room had a wood stove smell to it, and the little "fireplace" was nice. Hotel should have some recycle bins. There were none anywhere. Breakfast was OK, but not fantastic. Eggs were crusty on top as they had been there a while.

Although we were in an unrenovated room it was clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was fine but room temperature butter and fresh oatmeal daily would have been nice. The pool was warm! 89 degrees which I loved but the floors are extremely slippery if you have little ones. Overall, a good experience and we will return
