Firstly, your good self have lost our room key, this key has to go back this same company to specially made it for us hence is expensive and waiting time to complete needs 3 days. Everyone has to take of the property items, if any damage, stains and lost got to be responsible/pay for it.
Secondly, this day is a Sunday due to rooms fully booked and hotel check-out time is clearly stated before and by 11AM, unfortunately you return back at 7PM, we had to compensate our guests for not able to check-in on time, the guests only could come back at later time of after 8pm.
Therefore the extended time you got to make up for it. All this hotel regulations are clearly stated in the room and lobby notice, even our email too for every guests who booked the room. Any extended time do let us know upfront and if it could be extended and not let us waited for your return. Thanks
