Hotel has no lift, rooms were very dirty, and the hotel reception was very rude. They charged me 200 DOLLARS for late checkup, and where very rude and unprofessional about it. Worst hotel I have ever stayed at in singapore. Not recommended!

Dear Sir, Good day! Firstly, your good self have lost our room key, this key has to go back this same company to specially made it for us hence is expensive and waiting time to complete needs 3 days. Everyone has to take of the property items, if any damage, stains and lost got to be responsible/pay for it. Secondly, this day is a Sunday due to rooms fully booked and hotel check-out time is clearly stated before and by 11AM, unfortunately you return back at 7PM, we had to compensate our guests for not able to check-in on time, the guests only could come back at later time of after 8pm. Therefore the extended time you got to make up for it. All this hotel regulations are clearly stated in the room and lobby notice, even our email too for every guests who booked the room. Any extended time do let us know upfront and if it could be extended and not let us waited for your return. Thanks

The room is a bit stinky and dirty. I think they need to put air freshener. And the location is a bit away from Aljunied MRT station and it took me 45mins to find the hotel. Good thing that I had google map to find the hotel because it is really difficult to find especially that the street is confusing. The street stated on the app is different from what I saw the street name of the area. This was the reason why I lost for 45mins walking around the area looking for the hotel.

I am not satisfied with the hotel because I violated my privacy because of several things 1. Check in time is 2 o'clock while check out at 11 noon 2. I question why in the hotel room why is there a hidden CCTV camera ... 3. When we check out the owner shows cctv recordings in the room about what activities we do in the room like that anyway ???? 4. The hotel shift staff is disrespectful ... 5. Facilities are provided from the hotel only towels, no soap and mineral water

Looking for a hotel is rather difficult because I arrive late at night, but just in the morning tomorrow just find out that staying straight from the MRT Julnaide continues to benchmark Kopitiam Geylang 25 so it is quite close from the MRT, clean hotel although cheap for Singapore measurement so I will come back if I go to Singapore again, oia was also asked if he wanted to clean the room. Oia, the staff can speak Indonesian so the communication is good, if you go to Singapore, you have to bring head plugs 3 because I bought it there again, because there is no loft, so I asked for the first floor so I won't be tired.

cheapest hotel I could find without any mention of lewdness or cockroaches. Sure enough it is clean and quiet. I wasn't disturbed by either of those things.

room is big clean and cozy but when I left the hotel a taxi driver told me that place is have a lot prostitute working there. They're call red light area. that's so scary :(

Dirty and old, without windows, the feeling of being full of bacteria, mattresses and blankets causes itching. Terrible toilet, feeling not wanting to step into bed. No bgio in such a terrible place for $ 60 / night 1 mother and 2 children 8 years + 7 years old will charge an additional $ 38 / night to pay at the hotel.

Friendly receptionist. The location is not good. The hotel facilities are not good: the rooms are cramped, the air conditioner is less cold, the bathroom is also narrow & less clean, there is no lift (very tiring if the room is on the 3rd floor).

Our stay at Hotel Fuji was very comfortable and stress-free. The room was really clean and organized, and let me just say, the air conditioner works perfectly! The bed was so comfy. Though there wasn't an elevator for us to use, We didn't mind going up and down the stairs (our room was on the 4th floor) The hotel managers were very accommodating and helpful. The place is a bit far from the 2 nearest MRT stations but going to places wouldn't be a problem because the bus stop is just a 200 meter walk. I would definitely book this hotel again next time.
