A great place to unwind and enjoy the crystal clear waters of Assos. The staff were amazing and made me feel at home immediately. A special thanks to Yusuf and the young girl (sorry I didn’t manage to catch her name) who provided unparalleled service for the entirety of my visit. The breakfast and dinner provided was fantastic and better than most restaurants. All in all a great stay, in a great location with great people. Thank you Limonata.

We loved this property!! The view was incredible. The water was crystal clear and beautiful (though we didn't have time to swim in it, but if we did, I'm sure it would've been lovely). There's a restaurant on site and free, easy parking. The location is 10 minutes away from the ancient site of Assos, which I highly recommend visiting. And one of the best things about the property was Burak (the person who runs the hotel). He was amazing. He helped us with everything we needed, and he offered us different dishes at the restaurant to try, which were all so good! The only thing I would say to be aware of is they are small rooms and the beds are somewhat hard, but neither issue was enough to be a problem. We weren't in the rooms much anyway... only for sleeping. But I HIGHLY recommend this property! If we ever head back that way, we'll definitely stay there again (and hopefully schedule in the chance to swim!)

A nice little hotel with a view of the sea from my room 309. Went for a dip in the clear blue ocean from the dock where you can climb down a ladder - was too cold to swim for long in end April/ early May but super refreshing. It was great just staring out into the ocean. Half board meals were traditional Turkish breakfast and dinner. Free parking on site and driving to Temple of Athena was easy , just 10 mins away. Burak was really accommodating and made us feel at home. Big thank you!

The staff was very friendly. They served us some very nice food. The room was very clean and the wifi available everywhere on site. We had a great time relaxing on the private beach and watching the fish as we swam in the crystal clear water. We would love to thank everyone, especially Burak who made us very comfortable and spoke excellent English. He was very kind a helpful :)We would definitely return when back in Turkiye.

Otel sessiz ortamda dinlenmek için gayet olanaklar sunuyor. Deniz oldukça temiz arada dalgalı da olsa genel olarak çevredeki en temiz deniz diyebilirim. Kahvaltı ve akşam yemekleri gayet güzeldi. Ancak temel meşrubatların ek olması garip geldi. Servis hep güleryüzlü ekip tarafından sağlanıyor. Odalar beklenenden küçük bu nedenle bavul ile yerleşim sorun olabiliyor. Sivrisineklere dikkat etmelisiniz sevmeyenler için sorun olabilir. Kadırga Koyu yolunun ortasında kalması dar olan yol nedeniyle etrafı gezmede sorun oluşturabiliyor. Bu nedenle gezi değil kalış ağrılıklı bir tatil planlanması makul olur.

This was such a wonderful hotel and great place to stay. I'm visiting Turkey from New York and was looking for a peaceful place to experience the Aegean sea, close to the Ida Mountain and to old Assos, and this was just a dream. The room was very quiet except for the sound of the waves, immaculately clean, large bed and everything of good quality (cotton linens, mattress, etc). The sea was honestly the nicest I've been to in the area, so quiet and clear, with a lovely sitting area and hammocks. The owners were there to help with everything, any and all requests. They spoke perfect English and gave lots of information about the area. The staff was kind and accommodating, everyone seemed in a good spirit, the food was natural and homemade. I had a stomach problem while there and everyone went out of their way to make special things that worked for me. I can't imagine a better stay in Assos and the north Aegean.

Ideal for a quiet vacation. Soft and good music. You can watch the moon rising. The hotel is right beside the beach. Food is good. Manager and staff are helpful and kind. The negative part is that rooms are small.

Had great time away from city life. The food and service was really perfect, I had not expected this much. Rooms are quite small, I didn’t care, we were all in the garden, or sea.

It was a perfect stay, with great hospitality of the owner of the hotel. Especially, its garden is lovely! You can rest in the garden, and enjoy the sea..

A nice boutique hotel with it's own private beach and garden, run by a family. Very friendly staff; they keep a low profile and are around only when you need them. You feel like at home. If you seek for a peaceful, tranquil ambient, this is the place to go. You can chill all day long in it's private garden (200 sqm circa) where you can find hammocks, swings and sunbed. On the beach there is a little pier where you can plunge into the sea from. The beach is a shingle beach (i.e. it has stones instead of sand). You can find sunbed on the beach too. The food was delicious and didn't have any issues with it, I really liked them. Breakfast includes types of cheese, butter, honey, types of fruit jams, omelette, toasted bread and locally grown vegatables (tomatoes, olives, peppers, cucumbers). Dinner is comprised of types of mezes (6-7 types), a main dish to choose from fish, chicken and meatballs. Both of them were very satisfying and you leave the table with a full stomach. You absolutely won't have any complaints with food. The only downside of the hotel is (as everyone mentions) the rooms are really small (10 sqm circa). Though you don't stay in the rooms at all other than sleeping as the garden offers really comfortable spaces to chill, still it would have been nice to have larger rooms. Rooms have AC and a small TV screen. They both functioned very well. I checked out other hotels in the area too. Their beaches were jammed with people and sunbed. Here it's peaceful!

Çok keyifli ve huzurlu bir tatildi. Otelin temizliği ve yemeklerin lezzeti çok iyi seviyedeydi. Teşekkürler.

Oda temizdi fakat o kadar küçükti ki valiz koyacak yer yoktu. Duş ve tuvalet yanyana idi. Duş neredeyse el yıkama lavobosunun içine akıyordu. Yataklar son derece sert ve gürültü çıkarıyordu. Yastıklar gerçekten çok rahatsızlık vericiydi. Gece boyu ses yapan klima motorları ayrıca uykusuz bıraktı. Kahvaltı serpme ve yeterliydi. Otele ulaşmak için tek yolun kilit taşları yeryer sökük ve çukurlar oluşmuştu. Otelin karşısında ki açık alana park ettik. Sorunsuzdu.Otelin girişinden itibaren bakımsızlık kendini gösteriyordu. İskele korkulukları yıkılmak üzereydi. Bütün bunlara rağmen güler yüzle hizmet eden çalışanları vardı.

Tam aradığımız tatildi, sessiz sakin, muhteşem deniz. Otel sahibi ve çalışan herkes çok güleryüzlü ve aşırı ilgili. Her durumumuzda çok yardımcı oldular. Otel tertemiz. Bahçe manzaralı oda almamıza rağmen yer müsait olduğu için deniz manzaralı verdiler. Deniz de tertemiz. Özellikle öğlen saatlerine kadar deniz çarşaf gibi, sonrasında hafif dalgalanıyor. Müzik sesi veya gürültü olmadan sadece doğanın sesleriyle kalabildiğiniz nadir yerlerden. Odadan inince restoran kısmı ve bahçe, hemen önü de iskele ve plaj. Yemekler fiks menü. Akşam yemeğini 3 seçenek arasından seçiyorsunuz, gün içinde seçiminizi soruyorlar. Yemek sonrası içeceklerimizi alıp Ay ışığında iskelede devam ettik. Çok memnun kaldık, iliklerimize kadar dinlendik, teşekkür ederiz.

Odalar küçük de olsa mis gibiydi. Çarşaflar havlular tertemiz kokuyordu. Tek şansızlığımız bizim odamız mutfağın üstündeydi camı açınca kızartma kokusu gelmesiydi. Yemekler gerçekten çok kötüydü. Fix menü gibi bir sistem yapmışlar akşam yemeğinde ana yemek olarak ne tercih edeceğini akşamüzeri söylüyorsun. Bize ara sıcak sormayı unuttular ama yine de hazırladılar. Aile işletmesi gibi gözükse de gece içimiz kazındığında 1 parça peynir kesip getiremediler. Güleryüzlerine ve iyi niyetlerine asla laf edemem ama mutfağın acilen düzelmesi lazım

Müşteri memnuniyetine önem veren guleryuzlu hizmet sağlanıyor .Kahvaltı yeterli ve tat olarak güzeldi .Ekmekleri kizartmayi bile düsünmuslerdi .Akşam yemeğinde çipura yedik . Balık lokantalarında bile böyle güzel pişmiş ve lezzetli balık yemedik. Kendi plajları mevcut. Memnun kaldık . deniz seviyesi biraz yüksek olduğu için iyi yüzme bilenlerin ve sessiz sakin yer arayanlara hitap eden bir yer

Ortam güzel huzurlu, sakin ,manzara şahane ilgi alaka çok iyi tavsiye ederim.Deniz muhteşem .
