Nothing to like, unfreindly staff, unhelpful staff, terrible food, extra hidden charges. I would never ever recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great hotel, lovely area

A lovely hotel in a fantastic location. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the gym and pool. My only negative was the habit that many Slovakian hotels have of using single beds and placing them together (while still made up as single beds) and claiming this to be a double or king bed. Thankfully the reception staff provided me with sheets to convert my singles to a double (sort of)

The property was in a quiet area but close for walking to cafes/restaurants. Being English speaking, the staff were great at answering all our questions in English.

Nice hotel

Confortable and clean room, good breakfast, surveilled parking, nice staff. Drawbacks: internet connection is not so fast.

Decent hotel in a small town that only has large factories and corporations here. So mainly the hotel guests were visitors to the surrounding factories. But the hotel it fairly new and the bedroom was spacious and ok. Had a meal there in the evening and then breakfast and both were ok.

hotel is in good condition and very nice stuff. massage is also good and very reasonable price. we have asked to change a room and they gave us another room very fast but in the morning we have noticed there is trash in the bin and toilet didnt have the sanitation ribbon like in the first room.. but guess its beacuse we switched room fast. location itself is quite boring, only stayed since we wanted something closer to Vienna on the return from Tatra mountains

Nice and modern hotel close to city center. Room is well equipped - even bathrobes are provided. Breakfast was included and the selection was adequate.

Upea, hieno ja siistit saunat ja uima-allas ja kuntosali, mutta aamiainen oli melko niukka, 3 tähteä sille. Parkkipaikka ok, mutta lisähintaan. Vieressä kulki kapearaiteinen sähköistetty museorautatie. Hyvä huone ja näkymät parvekkeelta.
