Friendly staff. Nice place for the price. would stay again.

We had a 4 night stay. On the first morning, we noticed that there wasn’t any shampoo or conditioner. I went to the front desk and asked the employee to let the housekeeping crew know that we needed that and a couple of extra towels. I watched the young lady write it down. When we arrived back to the room, nothing was done. So I asked the guy at the desk if he could get what we requested. He gathered the towels and some shampoo from a room that was being painted. I went down the following morning to ask for our room to be cleaned and maintained, and the gal showed me the note from the previous day. Once again, there was nothing done to the room that night either. Our room finally had housekeeping attend to it on our final night. I know that the signs say that the rooms will be serviced on the 3rd day unless you need something, then let the front desk know. Not very impressed with this property!

Looked like room hadn’t been serviced in some time. Dirt ring around the tub. Hair in tub and sink. Plumbing not good. Sink/tub would hold water. Too was not vacuumed. All hotels around had been sold out so we had no choice but to stay. $200 per night severely over priced bc of concert In nearby town. Toiletry dispenses were empty.

Cleanliness was lacking. Floor did not appear to have been vacuumed. Stains on exterior of toilet. Shower floor was dirty. Stains on duvet cover. Treadmill was out of order in Fitness Room. One positive was the front desk. Very friendly and helpful.

Rooms were mediocre but clean. Bed was comfortable. No elevator and hall gets congested easy. Breakfast was basic and packed with people. They run out of food quick. I told the front desk and she said okay ill take care of it and went back to her tik tok. Both clerks i encountered were not real friendly and seemed annoyed when ask things. I woukdnt recommend. Theres better options. Oh and we had a dog in the room next to use that barked at everything. Halls smell musty.

Breakfast was good but greasy. Staff and service was good. Clean overall. Accessible entrance and parking

The area had some decent restaurant options though not the most walkable. Property area had decent security but 5he entrance to the hotel was a little vague being tucked behind a gas station. Some of hallway and stairs area were dirty and worn but room comfort was decent. I didn't eat breakfast because they start later on Saturday and I needed to get on the road.

Loby and eating are were very clean. Room was also clean. More towels would be helpful.

The moment you walked in, you are greeted with a smile. The service was outstanding. The room was clean and restful. There were quiet hallways and piping hot breakfast in the morning.

It was clean and had a good breakfast.

This is a great location away from the hustle and bustle. Nice room and staff is friendly and accommodating.

My wife works at windstar world casino but we like staying here 2 or 3 times a month !
