The staff lacked customer service skills, they need training on how to treat customers. I couldn’t even get the receipt at check out, the person at the front desk said that they were not allowed. We always stay at Hilton, never encountered such staff, actually I have never wrote anything like this.

We had 2 problems, first one we encounter is the room we got had ants. So we had to be moved to another one, and also we stayed Friday to Sunday, I placed a big bag of trash outside the door, (we had ordered food Friday night when we arrived) and the bag was still there when we left Sunday! Maybe other guest do same thing and that is why ants get there! Asked for more towels and did not get them. On the other hand. Front desk staff was very helpful when we told them about the ants. The lady moved us right away.

The hotel itself was nice. In the morning it takes a long time to get breakfast and I believe they charge you for a basic continental breakfast even though you serve yourself get your own coffee make your own waffles which there is only one waffle maker for the entire hotel. The pool was disgusting our kids got rashes from beeing In that water. Come to find out the pool hadn’t been cleaned in 3 days according to the manager and had a green film on top of the water the day after we left. Apparently she was the only one that knew how to add the chemicals to the pool so she took 3 days off and I’m assuming told no one to attend to the pool. When my wife spoke with her she just apologized and didn’t offer any sort of resolution. For the price and name of this hotel I would expect better amenities and service
