Everything was amazing and we really enjoyed our stay

Our stay at Çırağan Palace Kempinski was truly memorable, thanks to the exceptional hospitality throughout. The butler service was incredibly thoughtful — they even offered to bring items up or down for us when we couldn’t make it in time. Turn-down service was consistently well done, and the minibar was replenished promptly every day. One gesture that really stood out was how the housekeeping team placed a prayer mat in our room after noticing we were using face towels for prayers. It was such a considerate and respectful touch that made us feel genuinely cared for. Even though we didn’t book a suite, the level of service we received never felt any less special. Combined with the palace’s stunning architecture and beautiful surroundings, the experience was simply wonderful. We truly enjoyed our stay and hope to return again for another memorable visit.

Had an excellent experience. No complaints.

For someone who travels at least 100 days a year and owns boutique hotels, I arrived at the Hotel with modest expectations, especially after reading a few negative reviews beforehand. But the reality was far better than what I had anticipated. The staff were impressively well-trained, attentive, and genuinely warm. Communication was excellent throughout my stay, and the service was smooth, professional, and consistently thoughtful. I didn’t encounter a single issue worth noting. As a hotel owner, I pay attention to details — and here, the details were truly handled well. The experience exceeded my expectations across the board, and the negative reviews I read simply did not match what I witnessed. Overall, I left very satisfied and pleasantly surprised. I would absolutely stay here again.

Great hotel with exceptional service and views.

Let me just say if you didn’t know you wanted to stay at a real palace and be treated like royalty, now you need to add that to your bucket list! I originally booked a regular room (I was already happy that the hotel was a functioning palace and I booked it mostly for the Turkish Hamman) but was offered an upgrade at the suite on the Palace side facing the Bosphorus - I am thankful to the sweet lady at the reception that told me about it. The entire butler team, led by Necmeddin along with Erhan, Goksel and Ayhan are impeccable when it comes to customer service (think what you expect to get at a 3 Michelin star restaurant) - and I have stayed at many nice hotels. They always go above and beyond to ensure my parents and I had the most memorable experience, even though it was only for one night. I was left speechless how thoughtful and sweet they all are to ensure the entire experience was as special as possible and of the highest standard - (even the last part with the type of VIP taxi for transfer) and I’m someone that doesn’t get impressed easily given my extensive travel experiences. I would definitely come back to stay the palace suite again for a special occasion - money well spent for the unforgettable and the rare experience you get. Now I need to start looking at where else in the world that I can stay in a real palace!

Everything was like you would expect at that price. But there was NO flaw or any reason to pay less either... Incredible bedding, beautiful rooms, the best breakfast ever, and a setting next to the palace that really make you feel like nobility!

Every thing

We had an executive suite overlooking the Bosphorus. The suite was gorgeous and the view stunning. The hotel looks like a museum. The service is wonderful and friendly. Restaurants superficially high end but not really that good. It is a bit off the beaten track but a ten dollar taxi fare from most places you might like to visit.

It was such a fantastic experience, leaving a lasting impression. Everyone was very friendly and professional, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The services provided were to the tee, with attentive staff ensuring every need was met promptly. The rooms are charming, elegantly decorated with modern amenities, and feature large windows that let in plenty of natural light. Additionally, guests receive complimentary drinks that are replenished regularly to enhance comfort.

Beautiful place!

I dod not get the room I booked. Neither the bottle of wine which was listed as perk. After insisting, and one hour spent in changing the room it was PK.

At the time of checkin, the reception tried upgrading the room for a hefty extra by initially mentioning there wasn’t a room with a good view with the booked room class. This was even though the booked room was one of those “Bosphorus View” room (not a partial view). The “one wine bottle” promised when reserved was never offered, and we were never informed what the “VIP Access” might have been. In the end we “negotiated” back to have a room with a Bosphorus view, but saw many rooms that we were able to see from the terrace rather empty. The strait view was fantastic but why did we have to go through this, and obviously missed what was to be offered. We’d give high rating for the view but not for how the hotel is managed.
