The room was clean and homey, and the staff were all super kind and knowledgeable about the hotel and its amenities. They answered quickly to my request for airport transportation.

The room was just like in the pictures, clean and with the necessary items for a great stay. I would recommend

Too Noisy, Doors being Slammed all night. I've got bad Knee's an there's two many Stairs to main floor. Two Flights of Stairs to get Breakfast and two Flights of Stairs Back to main Floor. Rattling Noises from the Kitchen Late Night and Early Morning. I Needed a Vacation After My Vacation

It served its purpose which was to check in and sleep after a late flight. Clean and comfortable.

The hotel is good for the price But the nigth front desk girl was so rude I did a check out at 11 pm the room was only for me and my kid and when we arrive , my sister was with us because she picked us from de airport and drove us to the hotel But since we arrives rhe girl was looking my sister wear like angry I told her she was just like visit , my sister will not to say with us all the nigth , and she didnt let her even take the elevator with us Only because it was already late, otherwise I would have canceled my reservation. The sad thing is because I was a frequent customer but since then ill never come back here.

Staff was friendly. Rooms were clean. Only issue we had as our shower head was not working and maintenance apparently went to look at it a couple of times and said it was fine. I do have to mention gentleman at the front desk offered to give us a different room but we had so much junk it was not worth it. We normally use this hotel when we travel to SLP mainly because of convenience.

We chose this property as it was close to the bus station- and that was great for us- not a bad hotel just needs some updating- area pretty noisy with loud cars

This may not be the newest hotel but I was extremely comfortable here. The staff was excellent and they keep things very clean. Breakfast in the morning was good as well. I’ll definitely come back. The ride to the airport was great as well.

The airport shuttle service is great, dispite the comments , just have to let them know ahead of time. 10/10 will come again!

The hotel clean, upon check in our room was missing towels and soaps. We also had a very difficult time trying to schedule the shuttle to the airport. Ended up having to show up way too early while everything at the airport was still closed. We also were not provided breakfast since our departure was too earlywas so early. Usually hotels
