Parking fee, while small, was not disclosed when the reservation was made. I have never been charged to park at Hampton or any other hotel. Elevator buttons did not all work and the floor numbers were unreadable.

Our 1st stay at this hotel and we had to switch rooms at 8pm the bed had stains on the sheets not even changed and the smell of cigarettes and the candy wrapper under the bed and the bathroom was not cleaned n having pictures. We got moved to another room with a pull out couch and not what we expected with only that room available. Late at Night just wanted to sleep not sure I’ll be booking that hotel again.

Love the hotel with the above ratings. However, didn’t expect a fee for parking-really? Also a $50 extra hold when I paid for the room upfront? 2 things I would have liked to have known before checking in.

Overall, the hotel is nice and the front desk people were so helpful. However, we chose a hotel with an indoor pool so my son could swim but the pool was freezing and a huge clump of hair ended up on my son’s arm while trying to swim in the ice cold water. Also, if you’re not on the top floor, you can hear people walking around in the room above you.

There was dog fur and dog food in the corner of the bathroom floor. I don't have a dog. People checked in with dogs and at 4am we were woken up with dogs barking loudly on the hallway. Between 4am and 7am the dogs barked, were getting taken outside and barked more when they came back in. It was ridiculous that they were on the same floor as us. While we were sitting in the dining breakfast area, a woman came in and placed her dirty dog food and water bowls on the counter where the tea and coffee were. It was disgusting as she had just been outside with her dogs. We informed the staff and the did sanitize the counter. It just felt dirty with the dogs being in the hotel. The staff was courteous and helpful. However I don't enjoy being on a trip and having it ruined by dogs!!

I have to say your staff is very efficient especially the night front desk girl Colleen she was very friendly and accommodating to all of our needs the kids loved the pool and breakfast was exceptional we will definitely be back

We arrived just before 11pm after a 2 hour long haul flight delay into Toronto and a long drive. The receptionist was extremely welcoming and efficient. She explained everything briefly but clearly. Opened the door to the room and were surprised how large and spacious it was. We’re a family of 4 with 2 mid/late teens so 2 queen beds were perfect for us. Huge seating area and a kitchenette. Very clean and the beds were comfortable. We are booked here again next week on our return journey
