The location is good with the hot spring pool and clean room. But as it is weekday the hot spring pool is not open in the morning.

Great spa facilities, a kind & real staff. Engage them at any time but a really busy one, and you will find that they are key to the experience.

My room was facing the ocean which gives me a great view! The hotel staff were friendly. The breakfast buffet has a good selection and water temperature and pressure are both good. The only down side is you can hear people going in and out of the rooms or talking. They need better sound proof for the rooms. I’ll return if I am around the area again.

Rooms seems being remodeled and are pretty clean. Services are OK and breakfast matches their price. The only thing is there’s no hot spring in the room.

To those who want to use the hot spring, please bring your swimming costume and swimming cap. It was annoying that such information was not provided beforehand. And the guard to the pool/hot spring was rude when explaining to us the hot spring attire. And he gave us wrong information about being able to soak in hot spring water in the guest rooms. The cleanliness of the room is bad. Found a used tissue paper on the table, plastic bottle cap on the floor when we first entered the room. During breakfast, the waitress who cleared the cutleries was rude. Did not bother to apologise after she knocked something onto my book.

Nice pool with multiple temperature spas. Variety of jets and bubbles and nice outdoor changing, showering and bathrooms. Would recommend. But if you want a more authentic "hot spring" experience this isn't for you. We loved it. Just what we were looking for.

Hotel is new with nice interior design, neat and clean. There are 3 outdoor pools and are nice but only one with hot spring. Overall is fine.

Nice hotels with a pool and spa. It will be even better if there is a tub in the bathroom.

F Hotel Chihpen has lovely facilities. Great pool and hot spring tubs, nice rooms, and lots of toiletries. We selected it for the price and pool. If you do not have a car or scooter, choose a different hotel. This hotel is about 15 km out of Taitung city center and doesn't have many food choices near by. We had dinner from the nearby 7-11 twice during our stay. The hotel info said they have a restaurant, this is NOT correct. They have free breakfast in the morning, but the room is not a restaurant at night. It is only used by tour groups for banquets.

There are several kind of hot spring with different degrees, and swimming pool is also provided. A nice place to relax and take a rest.

Great experience, except a male staff in pool area is not friendly at all.

The swimming pool and hot spring bath manager was so kind as to help us. When we were in trouble because we didn't understand how to use the coin-operated washer, he helped to tell us who can't understand Chinese how to use it by motion gesture. He was a nice staff for us.

房間新，配置豐富。早餐棒極了。服務人員也很好。

整體而言還不錯！唯獨美中不足是隔音較差，因為這次被安排的房間較靠近大馬路，所以很晚或一大清早時，汽機車的聲音很大聲。 早餐每天提供不同菜色，好吃！ 泳池、溫泉S.P.A.池很乾淨，環境舒適，孩子們也玩得很開心
