The hotel itself was clean and in a great location, but the staff was not welcoming and borderline rude. No greeting or courtesy at check-in or check-out, and they were passive-aggressive when they had the wrong information, not us. The attitude left a bad impression despite the otherwise nice hotel.

The breakfast was absolutely wonderful. The bathrub was slippery. Very convenient location. Beddung was very comfortable. Best pillows!

This hotel is convenient and looks very nice. We were very pleased that the staff allowed us to use the shower when the room was not yet available around 11am. However, a little minor issue is the bathroom. The shower and the toilet are fit next to each other, leaving basically no space in between, making it difficult to use the toilet for No.2.

Most awful bed and pillows Ive ever experienced. Such an uncomfortable night. Not a double bed, just 2 beds pushed together. No kettle in the room, had to get one from reception and when i plugged it in the lights went out! Air conditioning not working, had to ring reception at 2am for them to turn it on.

Great place to stay, central location and close walking distance throughout the town of Bregenz. Wonderful staff and nice morning breakfast. You can rent bikes at the hotel as well and ride the trail around the Bodensee.
