It is in a good location

The location to the train station makes it super convenient. It is also close to the city center and very near many historic attractions.

Nice room, easy walking distance of everything I wanted to see.

The hotel was conveniently located. Quiet, clean and very friendly staff. The breakfast was very expensive at €21 that we didn’t get it

The hotel is dated - for 249 euro a night is not worth the money I had to made other reservations for my business partner

I’m giving this hotel 5 stars because of the front desk associate with the long hair that checked me in and out as well as their manager when I was checking out. Unfortunately i didn’t get their names. I felt welcomed. The only thing that I would probably complain about was the clogged shower drain. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay here.

Great price and location

One night stay for business. 10 minutes walk from train station and city centre. Plenty of restaurants in area, hotel does bar meals and breakfast. Large, comfortanle room with aircon

Great staff. Easy check in. Good size room. Immaculately clean. Comfortable beds. Good airconditioning. There is a safe and a fridge. There is tea and coffee making facilities. The bathroom is a good size. Good shower pressure. Breakfast was excellent. Good location about an 8 min walk from the train station. Walk to Mannheim Water Tower and other attractions. Tram stop just up from the hotel takes you to Palace, Jesuit Church etc. Supermarket two blocks away. No complaints at all. Highly recommend.

Close to station but the area around is not that clean. The hotel inside is good. Convenient to transport around.

Good location, close to the central station in an interesting and lively neighborhood. The night porter was very helpful indeed. we could park our bikes in the parking underneath the hotel.
