bad, very bad. Very bad owner service. I have submitted complaints to the online application related to unpleasant things. but online parties are very good at resolving my problems. I will never order this place again.

I was very disappointed when I ordered a room in the same building with my cousin in casa residency. Photos in the application with the original photo sting where the sting is very different and not as complex. This is more like a boarding house. The house is rather dusty and old school. A little way from the casa residency apartment to the house. Does not match the price in the application. very not recommended.

Room is clean and comfortable.

Staying at Casa Residency is satisfying, clean and comfortable, the place is also strategic, near eating places and malls. Just by foot. The apartment owner is very friendly and helpful when there are difficulties.

Little bit disappointed because the type with 3 bedroom but there are under renovation. Than we got 2 different room with different floor 😔.

The owner is very kind, we should book a small room but the owner give a big 1 apartment 2 bedroom, very satisfied with the service provided, his employees helped us pick up our luggage, very comfortable furnishings, we definitely stay here again ❤️

The place is really nice satisfied with his room and cleanliness just access to the city center there is no option to ride only grab or uber.

We’ve informed the owner about our check in time (3pm, non-smoking room), however the room wasn’t ready by the time we arrived. Moreover, we noticed that the handlers seemed unaware of our bookings. We are told to wait for at least 30mins for the room to be cleaned, so we left our luggages at the property and go out for food and shopping. We returned after 5 hours. As we opened the door to our room, we felt a heavy smell of cigarette smoke. We kept the windows open through our stay in attempt to make it better, without success.

I just check in, stay for 30 minutes before I and my husband decided to check out and looking for others.

Next to Old Town Cafe, so breakfast problem solved. Others all good!

The studio room was smelly. the bedsheets and comforter was not changed regularly, felt like it has been use several times before my check in. Toilet is smelly and there's stains.

Nobody clean and tidy room for 4 days. very bad hotel services

The hotel canceled it abruptly on day H. Thanks god traveloka helped find and book another hotel.

We booked a room at casa residency service apartement but were put into a room in another apartement on the grounds there was no electricity. Rooms given to us with different facilities, not to order, there are some facilities that are not there. very disappointing. Should the room given to me the price is not as expensive as I have paid. I had booked a room for 4 nights.

No carpark provided. TV not clear and no satellite channel.
