Good hotel to stay for at least 2 nights +, but need to request for window view. Cleanliness is good with no foul smell, but quite noisy during the night whereby guests return for the night hour. Cause they makes lots of noises & closing the door heavily. At least the hotel management would advise guests to reduce from making loud noises during night hrs say 1030pm onwards. I do like to stay in Aurora Hotel, because I stayed in a clean room. Although I can't have a window facing outside the main road, maybe the next booking of a room able to give with a window room will be great. Thank you very, very much to all the staff/management.

The room was clean, tidy and comfortable.

Because there is only an extra baby, it is mandatory to add a bed🤣 pale bana him. 2 baby 6 month and 2 years old 1 child 5 years old and 2 adult. The bed doesn't use pounds. A sense of loss. I've checked into thousands of hotels with my wife's children. This is the first time I've been hit. First and last he entered this Aurora hotel. The slowest elevator. Slow customer service.

All is ok. But on 2 pm I heard 2 times knocking my room door. When go see nobody!

The room was cozy and nice. The staff was also helpful. Will repeat to stay there again

Everything is good except for the male receptionist during we check in. He pushed us to upgrade room from Superior Queen to Superior King thus cost us to pay extra. This is not supposed to happen because we already paid for the room. Should treat your customer well and you don't have right to push customer to opted for your choice. I am really disappointed.

My baby under 6 years but they charge extra rm50 ringgit for mybaby. It's so bad service. Room was smelly and dirty
