The hotel is lovely the rooms bed and pillows are really nice , there is no water in the room for guests,and there are no blackout curtains and there is nothing close by , the hotel is very nice breakfast was ok , lacking Gronala but lots of other options to choose from ,

The hotel is modern and extremely well maintained. Staff are friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the bedding of good quality. There is a beach a very short walk away which was lovely and very quiet. Perfect for sunset strolls. The general area seems to be one that is currently being developed so it will probably become more lively in a few years, however this suited my husband and i as we would rather stay in a quiet area. We had hired a car so getting about to see Zadar town was easy and only a short drive away. We decided to eat at the hotel on our first night and the food wasn't brilliant but rather plain. My dish was supposed to come with vegetables and all that there was were some onions with a bit of courgette. Breakfast was also supplied and there was always a huge amount to choose from, cereals, pastries, cold meats and cheese, pancakes, yogurt and fruit as well as hot food. This could be a little hit and miss. Fried eggs were fine but you'll not be getting an English breakfast if that's what you are hoping for. The whole hotel is spotlessly clean and having a pool was a bonus even if it was a little chilly . We would definitely stay again.

It was perfectly located with easy access to beaches, restaurants. The facility has free on site parking, indoor and outdoor pools. This is perfect for those who want something away from the city

NEVER GO TO VILLA PLAT!!! First trip to Croatia and very very dissapointed by the way some (especially in Villa Plat) are treating their customers. You need to be alert on every single detail because their only goal is to rob you. Airport transfer, cleaning fees they ask while they are not cleaning the room. I'm really pissed.

Excellent stay for off-season time. It is a good price to quality ratio, even if room equipment is not top. I would recommend place for relaxation in couple, since Zadar is near and a city really is worth to be seen.

I didnt like just one hanger for the towel in the bathroom I the room occupied by three people and broom next to the towel. I didn’t like hidden fees for parking 5 euro a day and paying for cleaning a day 3,50 euro when nobody even check the room and empty the trash !!! Nobody ever clean too. The garbage can was so little in the kitchen needs bigger one .Bathroom needs extra hooks for towels. Food ok but always the same , parking space not so big so cars were blocking each other

Nice place a ways outside the city. Nice apartments. Access to water. Good breakfast.

Excellent small hotel with swimming pool. Spotlessly clean room very large. Magnificent terrace with a nice view of the sea. We were upgraded to a superior room and decided to stay an extra day because it was so nice. Breakfast included with a very generous buffet and delicious food. Free parking, very accommodating staff

Great place to stay, large comfortable room, little restaurant provided good food. Swimming pool was great. Beach a short walk away was a delight, quiet and private. Safe swimming area. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Nice Place on sea, friendly very helpful staff. Room was nice, memory mattress. Quiet area if you want to relax, otherwise too far away from Zadar town.

We had a lovely stay at Villa Plat. Marvellous views from our room, spotlessly clean and a fantastic breakfast to start the day.

The accommodation was a short drive from the airport and situated between Nin and zadar which was really easy to get to. The room we had was large with a sliding door so the children slept in one side of it. There was a kitchen too which was handy. the pool was wonderful and extremely clean with showers and a toilet at the side. At one end of the road there was an Adventure playground for children a bit like Go Ape and at the other a small beach. Nin is about 8km away and that has a sandy beach and is really safe for children.

The apartment was clean. The dinner they served was home cooked, fresh and very tasty. The host and family were very friendly and helpful. The only inconvenience was that the Zadar downtown is not walking distance.

It's a very good place with swimming pool. Clean and comfortable with good breakfast.

Good place to visit Zadar surroundings and chill out. Needing absolutely to have a car to stay at this place. Nice pool area / spacious studios.

We loved our stay it was like being in a home away from home on our travels. The staff were really accommodating and helpful. We loved every authentic meal cooked for us which was included in our free breakfast and dinner. It was really nice to try the traditional cuisine and it was super tasty. The location is really close to the beach and they also have a pool. I recommend future travelers to stay here and we hope to come back one day.

I enjoyed my stay at Villa Plat. The owners were lovely and made me feel welcomed. The rooms were spacious and had all the amenities that I could have needed. The nearest bus stop wasn't far from the front door. But that particular bus did not run often. The next closest was abouta15 minute walk. But it was an easy walk. Would recommend this hotel to someone planning on driving or riding a bike. As a walker, it was not unpleasant just not as easy.

Room condition was great. There was beautiful pool and parking area. Short walk to seaside. And owner was really kind.

Hotel was very clean and lovely. About 15 mins from city centre drive. Bit tough if you don't have a car. We had a car which was fine. Room was comfortable and we got upgraded which was nice. Thought breakfast was included as per booking but found out it wasn't - which was disappointing - appears to be a miscommunication between hotels.com and property. Overall, nice place but need a car to get down to city centre conveniently.
