This is the worst apartment I have ever stayed in. The bedroom is only about 10 meters from a busy main road, making it impossible to sleep at night. I booked two nights but had to leave after the first because I was completely exhausted. Police cars, ambulances, and other vehicles kept rushing by all night. I honestly cannot understand how this place still has such a high rating.

Nice two level apartment in walkable distance to the Wawel Castle and the Old Town. Clean and easy to find. Very good communications. Missing a bit on amenities side, bedding/towels for two only, will apartment advertised as sleeping 4. Extra blankets, bedsheets would be nice. Overall good choice, would stay there again.

Had a wonderful trip during our stay for the New Year. Great location and close to the Main Square. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended.

Really fantastic apartment, lovely furnishings and really, really clean. Kitchen was well equipped and with complimentary teas and coffees, as well as bottled water. Bed was extremely comfortable too. Big and spacious. Bathroom and shower were good, just one small thing, some small shelves next to the sink would be nice, so you can put your products on there, otherwise you have to use the shelf above the toilet. Short walk to the centre with stunning views of Wawel Castle and a really lovely breakfast cafe nearby called Dali Via. Many thanks for a wonderful stay.

Great few days here, accommodation as described and a great location for the centre of Krakow. Easy to walk around from the accommodation to the old town and areas of interest. Immaculate cleanliness throughout the building. Staff very helpful. We will return.

Quiet location a short walk from great views overlooking the river and castle. Medium walk from town centre areas very walkable.

This is a comfortable apartment in a great location. We enjoyed our stay here and would stay here again.

Check in was nice and easy even though we got there late, key was left in a lock box for us. The property itself was in good condition and was nice and clean, the only downside was the pillows on the bed are tiny! Other than that the bed is super comfortable. The property is located within a 5-10 minute walk of basically anywhere you need to go. Overall a great place to stay!

The apartment was great for the price, it had all amenities and was in a great area. The gate and door was a little confusing at first but the staff were very helpful and friendly.

There should have been somebody at the front desk at least the time they indicated they were. Also, there was a leakage of water from the shower room.

We only stayed one night but would definitely come back! Very adorable for a spacious place. Family friendly. Very nice receptionist offered us to check in early and was very attentive :)

I loved this property! It is very well located, near local attractions and very quite area. The room itself was very clean, the couch bed was not easy to put together but that might have been just me so I'm not taking any stars off for that. Communication and instructions to access the property were very quick and clear. I asked for a airport transfer which I had to change last minute because o a flight delay and everything was clearly communicated to the driver that was on time waiting for me at the exit. Very pleasant driver, too.

It was difficult to reach but the property was more than excellent except for the cleaness. They change bed sheets and towels every 5 days

A nice place, wide, clean, well equipped with easy access to transportatio. It would be great to have a safe inside the property and have more frequent housekeeping visits, Nowadays it is once a week
