Hotel near the center, green space, quiet, clean, suitable for rest, relaxation, friendly staff

Staffs are helpful and friendly. Great service. Nice and clean room. I like the pools and garden. The villa is a bit old but still spacious and nice.

Still wonderful just like the last time I stayed here.

I go here many times but every day I find the service worse and worse! Staff communication is very poor, front desk service is slow, not friendly to guests. The reception hall is small but very noisy, children running around screaming. A place known as a resort, but guests who come to stay feel even more tired.

Old hotel. Not good for family trip.

The hotel is clean and beautiful, the toilet is a bit inconvenient because there is no place to hang clothes, the rest is good

Vợ chồng mình và cháu nhỏ ngồi chờ nhận phòng nhưng không thấy nhân viên lễ tân mời chào nước trong khi đoàn khác thì có Bãi xe còn trống nhưng nhân viên lễ tân đến 2 lần vẫn không hỗ trợ mình vào bãi xe mà phải chạy vòng ra ngã sau bãi xe trong khi mình ở ngay trên tầng lễ tân Yêu cầu hỗ trợ nhưng nhất quyết không chịu Vợ chồng mình thực sự rất buồn vì bạn mình giới thiệu silk village cho mình nhưng thật sự không như mong đợi Góp ý chân thành ! The resort is really beautiful outside, the receptionists are very friendly and super cute. Great team 💯 See you again one day in the distance.

Khu nghỉ dưỡng rộng rãi, cây xanh rất đẹp. Khuôn viên rộng, được dựng lại bối cảnh làng lụa truyền thống, mình có thể nhìn thấy cây dâu tằm, cách họ nuôi tằm, tạo ta sợ tơ tằm. Phòng ngủ thiết kế đep. Giá khá ok. Mình chọn khu nghỉ dưỡng vì phong cách rất Hội An và mình hoàn hài lòng khi đến trực tiếp. Đánh giá về bối cảnh, phòng ốc cũng như cách phục vụ thì mình sẽ quay lại và giới thiệu bạn bè đến đây Tuy nhiên, điều mình thất vọng nhất là buffet sáng. Thật sự có thể vì điều này mà mình không muốn quay lại nữa. Mình và chị gái còn nhìn thấy cả đất trên rau xà lách ăn sống. Món ăn rất ít và chủ yếu là rau xà lách, dưa chuột. Món Thịt duy nhất là Thịt Hun Khói và ra rất ít đồ, chậm so với lượng khách lưu trú. Chưa tính các món ăn quá nghèo nàn, gần như không biết phải ăn gì vì quá chán và không ngon. Món duy nhất mình ăn được là 3 quả trứng rán. Mình viết ra để khách sạn có thể nâng cấp buffet sáng, phù hợp với lượng khách lưu trú, cũng như tập khách hàng đến đây

No reception and lack of service after Party. All the restaurant leave as a mess, WC is not clear and keep wasted.

Nice place, the room is clean and staff are very helpful. Still have some concerns:-The welcome desk was busy from beginning because of lots traveller visit there, but then it was OK.-We need to walk and bring the suite-case ourselves from the gate to the room because the hotel didn't have vehicle or staff to help to brings.-The front-gate will be very crowded at 6-7PM because of the restaurant where many bus stop by.-The Kid-club was not open as expected. I mean it 's conditional was not open while the weather was very hot.

The hotel has a good experience, the receptionist, the staff is enthusiastic and kind, the ancient green space in Hoi An, especially the food at the restaurant 10/10 encourages everyone to experience

I booked a very good hotel room for only 219k, which is great. Clean and spacious room with nice view. The garden is spacious, I haven't walked all the way because of the rain.

The resort is very beautiful and peaceful. The staff is very enthusiastic and lovely.
