Very kind and fast!!!

Great location near the train station, easy check-in, no hidden fees, good value (for Manhattan), pretty room, comfortable bed, bell hops were very helpful with looking after our luggage on our last day.

The ice machine was broken and the room smelled like smoke

Everything was outstanding except the noise level up from the street, despite being on the 28 th floor. Great location near Subwa. Breakfast could be included. Also add a bureau for foldable clothing

We had an amazing stay at this hotel while celebrating my wife’s birthday! The service was outstanding from start to finish. A special shoutout to David at the front desk—he went above and beyond by upgrading us to a beautiful suite, which truly made our experience extra special. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. We also dined at the on-site restaurant and were genuinely impressed—the food was delicious and the atmosphere was great. Highly recommend this hotel for both the service and amenities!

The hotel was very well cared for, and the staff was superior! My husband and I were there a couple days for our Anniversary and had a great time! Wanted to say a special thank you to the front desk staff, especially Ruby for being so kind We will definitely be staying here again when we come back.

location and lounge in room near window. Temp as in most hotels was difficult to know how to work and therefore to control.

Location, location!

My stay here was amazing! The staff were very kind and had no issue with checking me in early as I arrived a bit earlier than expected. The room was super spacious and the views were amazing! I did order room service and it was really good! Pricey but good lol! I want to again apologize for my matcha spill in the lobby lol! Thank you all so much again for an amazing stay! Will be back again!

Literally one of the best hotels. The staff is amazing. The room is cozy and clean with amazing views. Bed is comfortable. The closet was so nice and big. I loved everything about my stay and would 100% be back.

Great customer service and the Hotel is in a really good location. Very accommodating. Rooms were neat and clean.
