AMAZING! Would stay here again. Close to Broadway, Madison Square Garden& Times Square. Staff super friendly and service is top notch. First time in NYC & didn’t expect much from what I have heard about NYC but this hotel was incredible. Wasn’t able to dine at the restaurants but they have great food from what I could tell.

Love the staff . The building is nice. Very luxury and the rooms are so comfortable. Have a nice rooftop with nice environment .My wife loved it. Thinking of coming back anytime soon! Thank you.

It’s a great property

I stayed in a few midrange and higher-end hotels that were good value in NYC that I would recommend, but this hotel, with a great lest minute deal, stood out as as superior to them all. Booked a standard room, but still had a city view. The entire outside wall was a window. The bathroom/shower was very modern and the king bed was super comfortable. Superior selection of TV options, including MAX. Rooms were very quiet with I think concrete walls between the rooms. You could tell they put a lot of effort to design a higher-end room experience in the smaller spaces that NYC hotels afford.

The bell staff and front line staff were amazing. The restaurant recommendations were exactly what I was looking for. I was even surprised when I directed to the Fashion Institute museum. What a gem. The knowledge the staff has about the local neighborhood made my trip quite enjoyable. Thank you team.

It’s a nice hotel in a perfect location to all. Room will be a bit snug for a family of 4, but absolutely doable.

We had a great stay! Perfect location to walk around the city. We also had a nice meal at Versa, their rooftop restaurant. The only complaint I guess was the restaurant was on the 5th floor rooftop. It was very nice though.

I did like the aesthetics and loved the location it’s prime so I guess that’s what they’re charging for. I do feel like it was overpriced in regards to what you get. I feel like other hotels take care of you better with little touches in the room but the location really can’t be beat.

Duke was a fantastic concierge and helped us out so much. He always greeted us with a smile that would light up a room. My daughters 22nd bday and him and the staff ensured it was the best trip to NYC ever!!

Hotel has a back way to be even shorter to get to Madson Square Garden. Empire state Building is walkable. $35 Lyft to Statue of Liberty. The bathroom is cool, but weird in how it's surroubded by glass with partial fog. Put down the curtain outside it to get privacy. Bed is comfy, air / heat works well. Lots of room with places to put things, even coffee in room.
