The only complaint was the TV. After fiddling with it and reading the instructions, it was difficult to get the TV to work. After calling a technician, it turned out to be different from the instructions. It's surprising that a hotel of this class has such a complicated MATV system, and not many guests are able to handle it. With a slight change in the installation concept, technology now has many options. For guest convenience, press on, select a channel, and it's done.

The room was very comfortable, clean, and the hotel area was easy to get around. Just a note: if you don't like noise, don't choose a balcony room. Traffic noise is clearly audible. However, the service was excellent and prompt when you needed help with anything.

Stayed here for New Year's. The atmosphere was nice, but unfortunately the room wasn't soundproof because there seemed to be live music on New Year's Eve, and it was still quite audible from the room, since we had a 5-month-old baby with us. But that's okay. Other than that, it was fine. I plan to stay here again sometime soon.
