Room was okay Dirty elevator Unheated indoor pool

Our stay was nice and quiet and check in was the fastest I have ever checked into a hotel.

Good breakfast and friendly staff and a clean hotel

Booked the room last minute, could only get a first floor room and it was extremely noisy. Every time a car pulled into the lot lights came streaming in the window. Bathroom was dirty, and the room was obviously not vacuumed. Had to run the shower for a good 10 minutes for the water to even start to get warm. Definitely not worth the price, will not return.

Nice place to stay

Severely let down would be an understatement. First off, I wanted a place with a gym.. Everytime I wanted to use the treadmill, there was someone on it. They have two, but one is out of order. You would think with as much money that they charge they would have a working treadmill... Secondly, it's Saturday so usually they have the best breakfast options on the weekends. Especially since Fairfield is known for having the best chain breakfast after doing an immense amount of research... No bacon. They have the money.. once again, come on... You have to flush the toilet three different times to have anything go down... But worst of all around 11:00 p.m., 30 minutes after me and my lady tried to sleep The room next to us had kids stomping and making an incredible amount of noise. I went to the front desk after tolerating over 15 minutes and said look I paid over $200 for this freaking room and I don't want to come off as disrespectful, but me and my lady have driven over 9 hours today and we are exhausted. We really want to sleep. We shouldn't have to tolerate this... could you please do something about the room next to us making so much freaking noise. It sounds like they are just literally running around stomping. He said yes sir absolutely I'm sorry about that ... 30 minutes goes by and no changes happen. After staying up until after midnight it finally dies down and we're able to sleep until 7:15 when they sarted again

It was ok, but sunday the room wasnt cleaned while we were out and about. Not impressed with this level of professionalism. The tub had alot of soap scum in and around. Including the walls. I would not recommend this gotel to friends or family.

All around good experience, I was especially impressed with their oatmeal bar. It sounds like a little thing but I love oatmeal and the mix in selection was really good and nicely presented.

Room was clean, very comfortable bed, some repair needed in bathroom, some odors in hallways and stairs, location is a little tricky to find. we would stay here again

Check in was easy, staff friendly, room was clean. Our problems start with the bathroom and all about the bathroom. Door had to be pushed hard to close; turns out the threshold piece was too high for the door so it kept catching on it. The sink didn’t have a stopper but plugged up pretty quickly because the drain had what appeared to be the cap of a toothpaste tube stuck down it. Now the best part was no hot water!!!!! Noticed in evening it wasn’t really warm in sink but the worst was when we attempted to shower in the morning. After letting the water run for ten minutes, it was still cold. I did let the front desk know of the situation and was told oh yes, the hot water boiler is at the opposite end of the building from our room so doesn’t come up quickly. Seriously!!!??? That’s unacceptable for a Marriott property. I was told she would speak with manager…….maybe give me some points or a credit on bill. So far I haven’t heard a word.

I was very disappointed in the cleanliness of my room. I actually had to get a clean pillowcase from the front desk. While they were gracious and accommodating, this should never have been an issue. The bathroom was disgusting… not an overly favorable experience. The breakfast left much to be desired as well.

One side of the hotel has a problem with hot water. You need to run the shower 10-12 minutes before the water starts to get warm.apparently the hotel only has one water heater and it was the opposite side of the hotel as an issue. They are aware of it.

Safe location and walkable to a shopping plaza.

Check in staff was excellent. I wish the a/c had a diverter so it didn’t blow right across the bed.
