I used debit card to pay for the night's stay and even though the quoted price was $98.03 the deducted price was $114.82 Am I eligible to request a refund of $16.79? Why was there a difference in price?

Nice clean hotel, short distance to the train station, tram and bus stops. Friendly and helpful staff. Good value for money. Would recommend, would stay again.

Towels doesn't looks fresh and clean

The property is a little old and showing some signs of wear, although clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and efficient, and the food was very good. Evening meals in restaurant were really nice and of high standard. It is a little out of the old town (10 minute walk) but was very quiet - so good for sleeping!

Beautiful Hotel in a beautiful city with so much history!

The hotel is located in a quiet part of town on the other side of the main train station from the historic downtown. The room did not have air conditioning and was a bit stuffy but did have a portable room fan that we ran all night with the window open. We had requested a double bed but got two twin beds pushed together instead. Since we were only there for one night, we didn’t complain or ask for a different room. Breakfast was available at the hotel but we opted to walk downtown for some local fare. All in all the hotel seemed a little tired…

Great place to stay on out drive through Germany. Very accommodating, especially when travelling with a dog, and excellent breakfast buffet!

There’s no air conditioning but there is an electric fan provided in the room which was good enough for us.

Lovely hotel, room and staff, great rooms for our family of four.

The rooms have no air conditioning so summer nights consist of either a pedestal fan or open windows with no screens and bugs galore. The nights were very unpleasant to attempt to sleep and sleep. We almost decided to book another hotel or drive our next days 6 hour trip to Vienna at 2am. The rooms itself are beautiful, they have bikes for hire at 5 euros. Parking is available in the back but limited to about 15 spots. So it's first in first served. Their is street parking however they are usually packed. Breakfast is average at 10.50euros.

We were pleasantly surprised when arriving at this hotel. The remodeling they did recently came out beautifully: spacious and clean rooms, heavenly bed and wonderful touch with the hints of history they have provided throughout the hotel. The breakfast was top class also, great assortment of food and great quality. We have NO complaints what-so-ever. The staff was very helpful also; given it was winter and christmas markets were over, there was barely anything to do and the hotel was mostly empty, therefore the restaurant was closed. This was no problem as they pointed out the restaurants downtown that would be good eats, showed us how to use the tram system, and were very nice. Wonderful experience overall.

Ich war schon öfters in diesem Hotel und habe mich wie immer sehr wohl gefühlt, die Zimmer sind sehr wohnlich eingerichtet, man fühlt sich gleich zu Hause. Das Frühstück ist sehr umfangreich für einen fairen Preis. Absolut top!

Schönes Hotel in Bahnhofsnähe, ruhig gelegen, Altstadt etwa 25 Minuten zu Fuß, empfehlenswert

Hab wieder gerne hier genächtigt. Trotz hoher Ausbuchung wutde mir bei einem Problem mit dem Zimmer geholfen, das Personal ist einfach klasse. Frühstücksraum war oft überlaufen, vom Buffet gab es trotzdem noch eine große Auswahl und einen freien Tisch auch.
