The property was well placed that made the views of the area accessible

We loved our stay. The views are amazing and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

The rooms were not kept well. There was black mold in the shower, i found spiders on the bed and the entire space smelled of mildew. This property is not well kept. Also, they did not help with the bags at reception. The place was so bad, we did not even stay the night. I had to book at another hotel. When i went to return our keys, the staff member did not ask any questions, just took the keys.

Very nice resort only problem they need to figure out a better system for the beach towel they were never there

The food was very poor, we got sick and every day was the same food every day , also we got a lot of trouble with the car

The only thing that was beautiful was the view- 1 million dollar view! No linen, towels, bath mat or mini bar service- suppose to be all- inclusive. The drinks were not to par or the food. No one knew what everyone else was doing. We were given the round about a lot. Only one open restaurant was available— needed to make reservations ahead of time before2pm. By 11 am it was booked. No entertainment for kids or adult. Would not recommend this place!

Let’s start with the good: Service was great, and views are gorgeous! My daughters (7 &4) truly enjoyed the 4 swimming pools and the beach is amazing! I would say 98% of guests at the hotel were local (from Costa Rica), which I enjoyed! AC in both rooms worked great, but other than that, rooms are dated. Beds were a bit hard and pillows too thick for my taste. (I asked for thinner pillows, but I was told they only have that kind). The worst part of our stay was the food. Every morning they served the same (which I wouldn’t necessarily mind if it was actually tasty). One morning not even the pancakes taste good. Afternoon snacks were also the same every day. Burgers made to request were not good. We ended up eating most of our meals outside the hotel. I would strongly encourage you to not pay for the all inclusive option. Either get a room with a kitchen, or eat at all the other local restaurants by the beach, which were great!

The staff were very nice and friendly. The area was of where the hotel was located was fairly convenient. Views of land and beach/sunset were outstanding! Resort is not very updated (hot tub didnt work, not wheelchair accessible) and they didnt have any guest engagement activities. Hotel has outdated carnival rides (was not in use during my stay) and also has a night club (which im assuming most guest did not know about as no one was there during open hours (weekend from 10pm-1am). This resort was stated to have a number of restaurants however, during my stay i was informed there was a buffet(food was hit or miss for lunch/dinner), one include restaurant (was informed of different restrictions-for adults only/for couples only-so i didnt access this restaurant) and one on the beach restaurant that was not included in all inclusive package. There was a taco stand by beach (also not include) was open only 1-2 days out of my 7 day stay.

We left the property early due to the fleas in the room and raccoons in the walls. Staff were nice but the facilities were not properly kept. Ants in the bedding. A headboard was nailed to the wall to cover up a hole in the wall, which we noticed once the raccoons got in. A transformer blew and we didn’t have power for a day. We left early and tried getting money back for days not spent. Management was extremely unresponsive and hung up on us when we asked to speak to someone regarding the issue. We are a Best Western type of family, not used to anything fancy. But this stay was a health concern. Do not recommend staying here.

I thought this property was great! All the staff were very friendly & helpful. The food was good as well! It was perfect for our honeymoon. Iñake with Costa Rica unique experience was great! We booked three tours through them & it was amazing!! The location is a bit secluded, but if you’re looking for a quiet spot this is great! There’s a few great restaurants nearby.

Everything was great except the room has roaches and was extremely hot had to request new room very inconvenient needs upgrade in quality.

Everyone at the hotel was so nice. I feel like the hotel is falsely advertised.They advertise more restaurants and more bars when in reality there's only one restaurant and two bars open. So the line arrival we were disappointed seeing not everything open. we found it very inconvenient that the beach bar is only open Friday through Sunday.

The views were absolutely amazing, and the staff was kind and helpful throughout our stay. However, the property itself is quite run down and could really benefit from some maintenance and general upkeep. One issue we noticed was trash left near the pool area, which could easily attract ants and other pests. With a little more attention to cleanliness and care, this place could be truly great.

I want to start off by saying that the property is beautiful. However I personally would not be coming back. The facility claims that they offer airport transportation which is not true, coming is free and in order for you to not have to pay $60 to return you have to book 3 separate land excursions. The excursions are for 3 different days not 3 different activities within a day. The property also claims to have multiple restaurants on site which is also not true they have 2. I paid for an all inclusive package and I simply feel like I was bamboozled on top of the fact that the liquor/drinks at the bars are watered down or just a small selection overall. If you plan on coming to Costa Rica to relax I personally wouldn’t recommend this “ resort”.

Need a little make over and another buffet. It will make a lot better
