This is my first time staying here, and it's absolutely wonderful. The room is clean, the bathroom smells great, and it's simply the best. The breakfast is also delicious, and the staff are incredibly friendly.

A two-night stay at the Grand Mercure Kemayoran Jakarta was a very satisfying experience and highly recommended, especially for those seeking comfort amidst the hustle and bustle of Central Jakarta. 🛏️ Rooms & Facilities My room was very clean, spacious, and modern. The interior was elegant with contemporary touches, the bed was super comfortable, and the lighting was perfect for resting or working. The bathroom was clean, equipped with a bathtub and complete amenities. The air conditioning was cool, the Wi-Fi was smooth, and the city views from the upper floors were a treat. 🍽️ Breakfast & Cuisine The breakfast buffet was very varied—from Indonesian, Asian, to Western cuisine. The food was top-quality, with delicious flavors and attractive presentation. The restaurant staff were also very responsive and friendly. One of my favorite dishes was the soto betawi (betawi soup) and the egg station, which can be customized to your liking. 🏊‍♂️ Additional Facilities The swimming pool was spacious and clean, perfect for relaxing in the afternoon. The gym was well-equipped and well-maintained. Spa and massage services are also available for those seeking ultimate relaxation. 👨‍💼 Service The hotel staff was very professional and friendly from check-in to check-out. Additional requests, such as extra pillows and laundry services, were responded to promptly. They were also very helpful in providing information about the surrounding area. 📍 Strategic Location This hotel is located in the Kemayoran area, close to JIExpo and Sunter, and has easy access to the toll road. It is suitable for both business and leisure.

not friendly with ojol... ordering food from ojol can't reach FO..at least you can leave it in the lobby very disturbing comfort ...until my food was exchanged with another ojol...because the elderly had to take it out (my position was in the office not in the hotel)...well, I left the hotel which I did from the 22nd floor. if you really can't bring in any food from outside, it's better to give a notification when checking in... or when the information in the application says you can't order food from anywhere..because of the SOP... until the receptionist said the SOP was afraid of food poisoning this is the first time I've found a hotel where ojol food is not allowed to enter right on the side of the road...

room service order is ok, taste is also good for breakfast, less stairs if it is empty, breakfast at 10 o'clock is already lacking a lot, not immediately refilled
