The hotel was dirty and they didn't provide no toothpaste. The breakfast was awful.The experience was terrible 😫

The directions for the hotel were incorrect on the website. There was a strong smell of sewer gas coming from the bathroom.

One of the worst hotels I’ve ever seen. The only staff member we dealt with was unbelievably rude and clearly couldn’t care less. We checked in, opened the room door, and immediately got hit with a strong mold smell. My wife instantly had a reaction to it, so we stayed less than a minute before leaving and booking another place. Despite this, they still refused a reimbursement. When I tried getting my money back through Expedia, the hotel straight-up lied and claimed the room was “recently renovated” and perfectly fine. Absolute joke of a hotel — dirty, dishonest, and completely unprofessional.

The room was nothing like the pictures. Very outdated. Mattress and pillows need to be changed. No hot water. Breakfast was OK but would need to have a bigger room to accommodate more people. Capacity of 12 people. People had to go eat ibreakfast in their room. Would not recommend.

The room had very bad smell and slept like that for 2 days and 3rd day they finally changed the sheets and that smell got better the sheets were just there for too long... not clean The furnitures are broken and duct taped.

Good value for the price. Unfortunately, I inadvertently left my library book in the room while checking out!

Always the best motel in Laval. The rooms are always clean. Staff is the best. Easy to get there by car or public transport.

Booked a room with 2 beds. Got one bed and a cot!

Il faisait un peu froid dans la chambre et seulement une petite couverture pour s'habiller. Outre ça, le personnel était super, la chambre était propre, nous n'avons pas pris le temps de déjeuner sur place, il y avait trop de personnes.

Washroom tub smells like gutter, Fire alarm start and stop beeping during the night without any reason, rooms are separated from the main building looks like a motel. I Asked to give room in the main building that I saw online in the pictures while doing reservation but receptionist denied. They are playing with folks by showing different rooms and building online.

Peeling wall paper, dirty floors in the room, box spring that was 2 sizes too small for the mattress size, weird smell. Overall a terrible experience

we booked a room with a pull out couch. They tried to tell us they didnt have a pull out couch so we would be forced to upgrade to 2 beds. Ir had to fight with them to get the pull out couch which we had booked, they did it. they told us they would setup the pullout couch in 30 mins. We waited 4 hours. They refused to clean our rooms, we spent 3 nights there they didnt clean our room once. breakfast food was terrible, room were dirty, staff was rude. by far the worst hotel ive ever stayed at

Upon arrival to check in the staff was not very friendly, although they were efficient. I was given my room key and informed where my room was located, which was a lower level. Upon entering the building where our room was located, it felt very dark and dismal. When we opened the door to the room, it was just as dark and dismal. We found that many of the light fixtures had burned out bulbs, and there was some kind of wood plank crudely painted white that was affixed to the wall near the head of both beds - the wallpaper at both corners of the wood was torn. I was not comfortable at all in this room, but stuck with it since we were only staying overnight.

Breakfast was terrible and absolutely below basic. The breakfast area was very small and overcrowded. The rooms were clean, but there was no room service or housekeeping on the second day. The location was not very convenient, as it was almost a 45-minute drive to Old Montreal. Overall, the price was very high for what this place offered.
