Todo muy bien, estuvimos agusto

We weren't able to stay in the hotel because they want to charge 2000 mexican pesos fee for 2 dogs.. almost the same that we pay for 2 gest! Insane! We prefer to go to other place were dogs are welcome. Went I wanted to cancel the reservation it was impossible.. last time using Expedia to book a hotel, and this hotel is not recommended as a pet friendly at all.

The hotel was nice, as well as the room and pool. The only thing it was the noise at night, i don’t know if it was the area but it was very loud (dogs, music, people passing by)

Housekeeping was out and about as early as 8 am .. construction guys drilling loudly same time

I made reservation for 8/2 and expedia changed it to 8/3 I called immediately and canceled and told no problem asked to wait 48 hours i did now they want to steal my money ive taken many trips with expedia cant believe this is the way you treat your loyal customers 512-803-1027 earl frye

Great room, very clean. My only dislikes are that my room didn't have cable or wifi, but i received one free ticket for the buffet that have there in the morning

Was clean very quiet affordable you can walk to downtown old Keno or you can take a cab to Kino
