Precious was extremely helpful when I arrived to check in she was very nice

Great place to stay however they did run out of blankets and did not have complimentary breakfast. Friendly staff with great hospitality.

Bed not comfort as expected

The AC worked for sure. There weren't any restrictions on it like I have found at places before. It was relative quiet. When people talk in hallways you can hear them really loudly. The mattresses need improvement. They aren't really comfortable. Not much water pressure in the shower. That is tough to get soap out of hair. It is a nice place. Food is expensive. Nothing free. Starbucks in there so fruit even cost. Breakfast cost also. TV is small. Pool looked nice.

At check in the receptionist greeted me upon approaching the desk with a smile. He also got my info pulled up my reservation and told me that I was upgraded to a suite which was a plus because I was traveling with my grandkids 2 boys and 1 girl for a graduation. We enjoyed our stay there and we also attended Church service at the hotel! The hotel is surrounded by several entertainment, shopping mall and restaurants. Thanks young man and staff for hospitality!

We loved having a Starbucks on site as well as dinning. The staff was helpful and diligent. I personally would prefer the option of more lighting in the bathroom and bedroom.

It’s in Katy Mills parking lot by the mall. Have to pay for breakfast and their little mini store is way too expensive.

The young front desk rep (gentleman, black man, braces and Afro) was wonderful. Such a sweet guy and very helpful. Promote him!
