This was my first time staying at Fresa Inn Osaka, and I absolutely loved it! From check-in, everything was well organized, and the staff even helped me with my locked luggage, which I really appreciated. I would definitely come back again when I visit Osaka someday. One small area for improvement is that at night the sounds of people screaming in the alley can be really heard. Maybe better with the room soundproof.

Valuable, but the room picture that is shown in the app and the room type don't match, so it made a misunderstanding for me.

Location is easy to reach via public transportation, close to everywhere

The hotel staff is friendly, and the amenities are complete, including face masks, pajamas, and hair straighteners. It's very convenient to many attractions, just a few steps from Kuromon Market and Dotonbori. It's also close to Nipponmbashi Station.

This hotel is very close to Dotonbori, making it easy to find food. It's very clean, with complete sleepwear and toiletries. The rooms are a bit small, but they're okay for two people, and they can store their luggage.

The hotel is highly recommended because of its strategic location, just a 100m walk to Dotonbori, and it's also close to a convenience store. It's very convenient.

Close to the station and food stalls

Very close to Dotonburi and the train station. The room is quite nice with filtered tap water. Unlimited supply of sunscreen and lotion, love.

Everything is good! It's very close to Dotonbori (you can literally walk straight out of the hotel and into Dotonbori). If you go to Osaka again, I'll definitely stay here again.

I stayed here for 4 nights, the AC in the room has no AC temperature control settings, so the room feels stuffy, the room is hot and not cold, I have complained to the hotel staff but there is no solution and responsibility, only given a solution to be given a fan or open the room window, this hotel is not clean and there is no AC in the room, only a room temperature heater. the lobby is also not cold, the cold temperature in the lobby also depends on the temperature outside the hotel when the hotel door is open when guests enter, the cold wind from outside the hotel enters the lobby. the location is very strategic, close to the Nipponbashi MRT station, near minimarkets and Dotonbori and Sinsai Bashi, lots of culinary delights. Amenities are quite good, only there are no face masks. This hotel has a very small room size compared to other hotels in Osaka. coin laundry machines are only 3 if used by people, they are always left for a long time not taken so that many users cannot use the laundry machine. the hotel is very uncomfortable because you can't sleep in a hot room and it is not recommended to stay in Osaka.
