Quiet hotel, soundproof, comfortable, not too spacious but it's okay, still really good. They have a fridge.

The hotel's comfort and cleanliness are good. However, the receptionist could be friendlier. The receptionist's primary duty is to be friendly to hotel guests. Regardless of any confusion, guests should remain professional and patient when explaining things.

Keep the value, best price to customers.

I wasn't sure what to expect from this hotel but, although basic, it was a surprisingly pleasant stay. Cleaning staff were enthusiastic & friendly & there was no annoying noise at night meaning a restful sleep was possible. Some rooms have a limited view of the twin towers & it is possible to walk to Little India, a couple of large shopping centres, Masjid Jamek & the city area, if you are reasonably fit. The breakfast room was pleasant but I found the breakfast unimaginative with no acknowledgement of alternative dietary needs or western tastes - apart from omelettes & white bread for toast. Juice was highly sugared as were the 2 cereals & only powdered milk was available. No plant-based milk, sugar-free 100% juice, or wholewheat bread. A small cafe on the reception area had some good quality yoghurt drinks & coffee. Recommended as a good budget option.

Hotel is a very good 4-star hotel. Masum is very helpful. The pool on the roof is amazing. Breakfast is great.

The disadvantage for me is that parking is not provided...it's difficult to get in and out when staying.

I have stayed here more than 10 times, it is a habit for qualified civil servants to stay here… I hope all our accommodation records are kept and recorded

Overall quite ok, especially the location and friendly staff. But the room did not have good soundproofing, and we could clearly hear the neighborhood sound, which was loud. Wi-Fi was also not strong enough.

It's considered good for a hotel in the city at this price range; not too cheap, not too expensive. The room is a little small, but it's still good. I recommend using their services.

The hotel is very good & comfortable for everyone, but the bathroom is dirty. The bathroom needs to be cleaned again.

Limited parking area and didnt have any parking discount as a costumer

The location is close to the monorail and the breakfast is ok but parking is limited

The hotel is very strategic because it is located in the center of KL city, it is close to everywhere and most importantly, there are many transportation alternatives that can be your choice comfortably, the hotel rooms and services are really great 👍

For. The comfort of the hotel & access I like, but there is something that is most disturbing when I checked in if for the deposit it is a general rule requested, now I was asked again tourism tax 20 RM / room I booked 2 rooms at that time, why was I asked for that, finally I paid at that time the female receptionist who was on duty at that time, she answered charged. Hotel rules in the world usually every payment has included tax & service. So there is no more tourism tax, Please hotel management tell me if there is, show me the rule. Even though I didn't ask for it at other hotels. Please clarify this because it concerns the good name of the KL hotel wp.

Clean neat and quiet close to the station.

The hotel was in a good location however parking of vehicle is a problem. Limited parking slots. Room was OK, clean and tidy. The breakfast was average with not much of variety.
