Was so refreshing after staying in a dive motel for the day before and day of the Kentucky Derby. Good value for the room price.

Got charged a 25 USD per room security deposit …not sure what for as there is no minibar. I did not consume anything but deposit is not being returned so far.

Friendly staff, decent breakfast, nice rooms, bathrooms a little run down.. Central location

Staff was very helpful and courteous - room was great. But - homeless people were outside - some slept there.

1 night stay to see the Louisville Slugger Factory which was a short walk away. Easy parking, great free breakfast. Shay at the front desk is a gem! Very welcoming and helpful. Her suggestion of Mussels & Burgers for dinner was spot on!

Unreasonable parking charges, parking not on site. The coffee maker didn’t work, microwave was broken.

Everything was good except the check in clerk was not good: rude, not patient and always not on the front desk.

Perfect location to visit distilleries and Louisville Slugger plant. Easy walk to several Bourbon Trail experiences. Get the discounted parking to avoid the higher regular cost.

Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was good and normal breakfast items. Area was well maintained. You do need your key card anytime you use the elevator, so gives a sense of safety. Laundry was $2 to wash $1 to dry. Staff were friendly and it was an easy check in and out. My discount was not credited so at checkout I did show them my receipt on hotels. Com and Stefan did correct total due. No issues .. was handled promptly. I did pre pay $7 per night with my booking for parking & garage is directly next door. Otherwise it’s $15 per night with easy in/out. It says free parking, but it’s not. We had a great quiet stay. Lots of restaurants and stores around.

Great hotel with amazing staff. Breakfast was nice every day and the place is spotlessly clean. I would use again.
