booked deluxe 2 double bedroom suite...our room had a tiny attached twin room inner, dark and dingy. Hot water pressure in smaller room was terrible. We found things a bit dirty and the detail lacking on most criteria...from lack of mattress protectors, quality of bed linen etc. Breakfast was just OK. Overall more hotel than Riad. Service was impersonal and a bit forced. Hated the location due to motorbike traffic.

The employees at this hotel were super friendly and helpful. The receptionist came to the taxi to meet me and escort me to the hotel and even carried my luggage! Welcome tea and cookies on arrival. Lovely seating areas throughout the hotel to relax and a lovely rooftop terrace and pool. The room I had was okay but the desk was too high to work at in relation to the chair. The shower did not drain well and so water went out onto the floor. Breakfast was okay but the breakfast service was very slow. Air conditioning in the room worked well. The location was good for being in the Medina.

Cosy Riad near the busy markets but far enough to relax. Pros: Great staff, Anas, Hassan and everyone -nice selection of food, rooms were very pretty and the balcony, pool too. - close to loads of things you can do in Marrakesh Cons: Wish there was a ‘Do not disturb’ sign for cleaners as they kept entering the room whilst me and my family were asleep. - if the pool could be opened a little longer - more towels as the shower leaks a lot - bigger towels Overall, we enjoyed staying here and I would definitely come again but as a couples/solo trip.

Meryam, Saad and all employees we interacted with were very helpful, spoke to us in English, and always had a smile on their face. The difference between this riad and the others is the service. When arriving, I'd suggest asking the taxi driver to call the hotel. They'll send someone outside to meet you (otherwise, the riad could be hard to find). The rooms are small, but clean. Noise from the street can be high, but this depends on where your room is and what day/time you're there.

Very friendly staff and good central location. Downside was that the rooms where a bit noisy, and that the breakfast was a little limited in choice.

This place was the hardest to find. It’s situated in an alley where you will need to walk about 5-7 minutes from the taxi stand. You have to know exactly where you are going or you will get lost. No hot/warm water which made for a cold shower when the weather was chilly outside. The staff was okay, the okay was okay.

Not a bad place. We arrived in the middle of renovations, so not the best timing. Service was acceptable, nothing exceptional. Although Bouchra and Zohra were quite nice and helpful. The street can be quite noisy and nearby pollution (from motorbikes) is a bit too much. Breakfast is good and swimming pool is a plus. Good location, 5 minutes to souks and shops.

The staff here make the place. They know their clientelle - people who are visiting the rip-off madness of Marrakesh and want somewhere that is trustworthy to stay. Honest, friendly. No obscure extras on the bill. Pleasant ok rooms. Quiet. Good A/C. Good food. Ask them and they'll sort transport from the airport and meet you at the nearby parking. I was really impressed with these people

Great place to stay. Excellent helpful staff, multilingual, knowledgeable, can help with getting train tickets. Room was ok needs a slight bit of attention in the shower, but minor issue. Very nice looking place. Good aircon in room. Would happily stay here again. And there's a pool too.

The Riad was beautifully decorated and full of charm. All if the staff were extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. The location was ideal to reach the main attractions of Marakesh on foot but it was removed enough from the hustle and bustle that upon entering you felt relaxed. The rooftop pool was an added bonus and the roof terrace a lovely location to enjoy the Moroccan breakfast provided.

Riad was v close to the main square. Hotel collected us from the airport, gave us all the advice and info we needed to have the best experience. Ensured we felt safe at all times. The breakfast was lovely and the pool was great. No complaints, wish we could've stayed longer!!

Upon arrival I wanted a shower. The shower head was so bad that the water poured out like it was coming from a pitcher. This would have been ok if one of the shower doors wasn't missing and since the water also wouldn't drain, it splashed onto the bathroom floor. By the time I was done with my shower the bathroom was flooded. I reported the problem and when I came back nothing was done. It happened again the next day. I reported it and when I came back they were fixing the sink drain. That wasn't the problem. I avoided a third shower since my luggage got wet in the next room the second time. Other cons: the bed was as hard as a marble slab. Also, I asked for mint tea. My friend was sitting with me. When I checked out I found that they charged me per person even though I was the only one drinking the tea. BAD policy. It happened twice and I had no idea until check out. Guests are required to ring a doorbell to access the Riad every time they return no matter the time. So the doorbell woke me up close to midnight one night. They also have a dog inside at night for security which barked a few times around midnight. The room and property were beautiful and they were very nice people. But the management was poor. They should have tried to understand the shower issue better the second time around. Clearly there was a miscommunication although my friend explained it to them in Darija. Not sure how they couldn't understand.

Pros: A beautiful Riad in a very good location. An excellent welcome service - they tell you all the options you can do nearby (with map introduction) and what they offer. The breakfast in the rooftop was good. The pool and sunbeds are a nice plus. Cons: The spa prices were too high for us.
