The variety of food was not the best, and hotel was not well equipped for heavy rain and flooding. However, the management of the hotel was great at helping with our request, for example we got a new room due to the air conditioning not working. Overall, it was not the best experience.

Needs more dinning options. The lobby TOO hot at night time.

This hotel is in poor condition. The restaurant area, reception, and open bar are leaking everywhere. The only good thing about this place is its waiters. It's very expensive for the service they offer.

Was leaking everywhere , front desk was not the best but regular , people they do the rooms and outside of the pool ect were very nice love them . Food was not that good only breakfast was ok

Great resort with a lot of fun activities. The beach was clean. The staff is outstanding from the front desk to the servers and the cleaning staff. Everyone greets you entry time they see you. The 24hr cafe was fantastic. My main complaint was the food. It was not good at all. Breakfast lunch and dinner at the buffet were always lacking options and the options tasted awful. The only thing I really ate was the tacos at the Mexican restaurant other than that we had to keep leaving the resort to the mall next door to get food.

Terrible. You cancelled paid in full reservation because I couldnt get there the day of. Delta caused the delay. Not me. Don’t understand why you would just cancel my entire stay.

I believe this is a 3 star hotel, it provides the minimum for a good stay: Comfortable beds, some good food options, very helpful staff, ocean front. Old property, needs lots of maintenance. Some hints: from the moment you arrive people will work hard to sell you something, It cost me 3 hours of my time fending off sales people and in exchange I received some good discounts. The place is crowded, but I like that as opposed to higher end resorts that are lonely. Met lots of families. All buffet/restaurants have at least a few good options, trial and error. I enjoyed the entertainment program. Kids had a blast, didn’t want to leave.

Staff was very kind and hospitable. The activities for the kids were good and easy to join and leave! They had a waterside area, pool with shallow part and tame spots along the beach for the littles to play. The entertainment was good and the food and drinks were also good. We have been to higher rated resorts but this one was everything we needed and perfect location along the beach and close to airport!

We did not like the noise, food was sub par, resort shape was shabby, elevator broke down and did not like the pressure sales in the lobby.

My kids loved the kid's waterpark area, where we spent a lot of time. The big pool was nice and warm, but in need of repair. They closed the pool at least 2 times on our 6 day stay, not sure why. The food choices at the sunclub were iffy, lacked seasoning or flavor. Once had a potato salad where the potatoes were raw. I got my parents the best upgraded room, and their bathroom door kept sliding open. Not sure the sunclub upgrade was worth it, they had an area on the beach but allowed others to sit there. Once, we were asked for our room number to make sure we belonged there, but a large group (12 ) of mostly non sunclub members, and other groups were not asked. My family and I felt a little discriminated as we are Latinos. Employees were warm and welcoming for the most part, but the facilities were lacking. We've stayed at Secrets and NowAmber (which is now Dreams) resorts before, and loved them. So we were disappointed by this sister property being so far below what we expected.

I had a great time at this resort in the last week. The stay was great for the most part. However, it could be more updated, have more dining options, and the property could improve on the cleanliness.

this property lacks a hot tub. the food in the italian restaurant was great but the rest of tge options were mediocre. location is good.

The children's water park was nice for the kids. We had a waiter named Mario for breakfast who did a wonderful job.

Don’t waste your money or time in this Resort, I’m rating this hotel one star out of five, this was the worse vacation experience I ever had for being an All inclusive I ended up dining outside the property. Property and rooms very old and outdated, two small elevators for every one, kids pool no heated water, big pool some tiles are missing this is a potential for your feet to get hurt, “wear pool shoes”. Food is limited with no flavor, snacks are very limited and can’t eat at pool area. Drinks very limited, if you don’t tip you won’t get good service, and you have to make a big line for a drink, not enough bar tenders and waiters for everyone. Pool towels are very limited for everyone if don’t make it for a round of towels you have to wait 20 mins for one. Beach chairs are very limited for general admission you have to be part of their VIP club to get a seat if not you’ll get kicked out by their security guards if you are seated in the VIP beach chairs. The beach is not private and it’s public so you will be bothered by vendors every 10 mins offering you any kind of service or food. Customer service is half and half, some of them are nice to you and the other half are very rude. WARNING, at the date of check in you will be greeted by a customer service of an agency name “Unlimited Vacation”, they’ll harassed you to offer you a ridiculous price package for you to sign up. Save your self money and headache, Motel 6 is better than this place.

My family and I loved staying here. The property was very clean and well kept. The staff were very friendly and were always looking for ways to enhance our experience. The entertainment team here work very hard and long hours to put on shows, movies for kids and all day long entertainment. It is conveniently located near a shopping mall and other activities. The room was very clean and well kept. There were many different dining options. We would definately stay here again. Thank you Sunscape team for making our family vacation absolutely amazing!!! See you again.

so couldn’t get reservation i made through expedia for over an hour to their system, nothing to eat after got checked in- decided to go to beach- no towels- all inclusive and i drink white wine and wine is warm he says- what who keeps wine warm? got really sick, then desperately needed shower- no hot water- then elevator broken when leaving so had to carry luggage down two flights of stairs! luckily only on second floor
