Beautiful property, excellent service!

Absolutely impeccable, in every way. The room was beautifully decorated and the bed was like sleeping on clouds. Service was 5 star: tour of hotel, treats in room, turndown service with lavender mist, were just some of the highlights. Restaurant experience both at dinner and breakfast surpassed expectations. The pigeon was to die for. We would whole-heartedly recommend. Not cheap but worth every cent. We will try to return one day.

The house was absolutely beautiful. Our room was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The staff were very helpful. The meal we ate at the restaurant was excellent!

This chateau is truly beautiful owner and staff brilliant as was the rooms , gardens and pool , the dinner tasting menu superb with great wine list , Comming back

very poor wifi and odd bathroom configuration with a hand held shower in the bath only

It would be helpful if the note about the restaurant being closed on a Monday was more prominent (like including it on the list of facilities rather than it being in the small print) but that isn't the fault of the hotel and the lovely receptionist did mention it as soon as we arrived. It's an old house, and the wifi didn't work in our room. I am personally not a fan of hotel beds with blankets rather than duvets.

Really 3.5 stars. Attractive grounds and staff generally very pleasant but overall a bit style over substance. Dinner was OK but nothing special and breakfast was poor value. We would pick somewhere else if travelling in this area again.

We sued it for a stop-over on our way south. All of the staff were very helpful and provided a warm and friendly welcome. The room was lovely and the grounds provided an impressive setting and place to walk. We had an excellent dinner and breakfast. A dog-friendly setting which we are very likely to visit again.

A wonderful old building but in need of a great deal of repair and refurbishment. Set in marvelous grounds and surrounding. It is peaceful and a pleasant place to be. But you would not come here for the mod cons. You might come here for the cuisine. the food is excellent and the service is good.

Cadre magnifique et temps superbe, notre séjour a débuté par une belle balade dans le parc. Service irréprochable pour le diner en chambre ainsi que pour le petit déjeuner. Tout était délicieux et un petit air de vacances flottait,, tres agréable en ces temps de crise sanitaire ... Magnifique expérience à renouveler ...
