The staff was very pleasant! The hotel also offers a late-night snack with alcohol cocktail which is a nice touch!

My room was hot. I turned on the ac when I arrived and in 24 hours the room temperature changed 2 degrees. I was told that the check in time was 6pm… first time out of dozens of hotel stays. They claim luxury hotel but they only provided shampoo and bath gel, no conditioner; again first time for this experience. Should have picked a different hotel for the money dished out.

booked 2 twin beds for 3 people , Hotels.com charged extra for additional guest. However, the room only came in 2 single beds, ended up we had to pay extra $40 to upgrade the room to accomodate 3 people .

Room pretty big with city view , hardwood floor and quite clean, nice free breakfast comes with booking, a few nice restaurants and massage stores just few minutes walk, hotel even provide midnight happy hours with lots drink, snake and alcohol,

Common Area Carpet is very old and dirty on my floor.

Their complementary breakfast has a good selection of food. The staff is friendly and courteous. My room was quite big in size but a bit dim. I was particularly impressed with the huge bathroom. The toilet was equipped with a bidet, and there was a jacuzzi and TV in the bathroom. The only thing that seemed a bit psychedelic was the flashing colored lights in the bathroom. There were lots of TV channels to choose from in many different languages. One more thing that was quite inconvenient was that there was no closet in my room to hang clothes. Overall, this was a good hotel for the price.

Not very friendly, we had a small accident in our stay and they forced us to pay hundreds of US dollars to clean a very small part of the accident. Scammers I think....

nice and clean

We had one of the smaller rooms but it was still a huge quadruple. It was also clean and comfortable, with ample power sockets that don't require any travel adapters. As advertised, the jetted bathtub is one of the highlights, but there are of course pros and cons to having the toilet completely separate from the bath in another room. Almost all the instructions on devices, such as the bathtub and the room controls, are in Chinese. This was not an issue for us since we do understand the language but will be an issue for those who don't. The hotel staff members are very helpful and friendly, and helped us to book cabs as and when we needed it. They also provided free transport to and from the Fengjia night market. Location wise, the hotel is not as isolated as we thought. There are decent restaurants right in the neighbourhood, as well as convenience stalls. In fact we could walk to the Tiger City mall easily with our five year old. The breakfast and supper buffets were rather lacking in variety but still sufficient for a quick meal. Overall a pretty good hotel choice for families at a decent price range.

nicely facilitated, good service

a very good hotel for me my my girl friend. We booked a two double bed room that come with a couple Jacuzzi tub as well. Spend two night there and surprisingly they also provide supper (till 11:00pm) as well as breakfast too. Although it's not close to the Feng-Jia night market, but we will definitely come back for a stay in the future.

Nice model big rooms with large beds and large TV. Bathroom is very good with TV. out of the way, must take taxi to access places of interests.

The room was very large. I only used maybe 20%, one of the two beds, desk, and the shower. The bathroom was almost as big as the room! The area is still new or under construction so be ready for a 10 minute walk to get something to eat or a mini mart. But the bus stop is close by if you are wanting to take public transportation. Just stop by the mart up the street to buy a YoYo Card. The service at the hotel was average but not bad in any way. They offer free breakfast and a night time snack~ neither of which I tried due to having to leave early and wanting to sleep when coming back from work. I saw they had a little garden area to sit outside with a sandbox should you have kids ^^ I would book again should I come back for work. =) Thank you for a lovely stay!

Comfortable and clean

Stayed here a couple of times already. Nice clean rooms in a quiet area. Shopping and business areas are just a short cab ride away.

Nice clean rooms. Service could be better but still value for money at this price.

Pretty good stay. Breakfast and supper included. Hotel was not able to assist in booking of cabs, which is a downside.
