We had one of the smaller rooms but it was still a huge quadruple. It was also clean and comfortable, with ample power sockets that don't require any travel adapters.
As advertised, the jetted bathtub is one of the highlights, but there are of course pros and cons to having the toilet completely separate from the bath in another room. Almost all the instructions on devices, such as the bathtub and the room controls, are in Chinese. This was not an issue for us since we do understand the language but will be an issue for those who don't.
The hotel staff members are very helpful and friendly, and helped us to book cabs as and when we needed it. They also provided free transport to and from the Fengjia night market.
Location wise, the hotel is not as isolated as we thought. There are decent restaurants right in the neighbourhood, as well as convenience stalls. In fact we could walk to the Tiger City mall easily with our five year old.
The breakfast and supper buffets were rather lacking in variety but still sufficient for a quick meal.
Overall a pretty good hotel choice for families at a decent price range.
