The room was clean, the staff were accommodating, and the hotel offered all the amenities you would expect from the Taj. However, there were a few setbacks. The check-in process was extremely slow and felt disorganised, with other guests pushing in and a wait of over 15 minutes before we were assisted. Additionally, the hotel initially did not recognise that we were a family of four and failed to provide sufficient bedding. This had to be escalated, although the staff were quick to resolve the issue once it was raised.
