The hotel staff is very friendly, you can add bottled water, the staff are friendly, they helped book a taxi to the airport at 5:00 AM, the location is close to Subang Way Station, there are lots of food around the hotel until late at night, the deluxe room is quite spacious, the water pressure is good, the AC is good, only needs to be set to 5-11 before it works. Overall, this is a good place. Thank you Traveloka for the price.

The location is convenient and the neighborhood is very nice, with complete amenities and not too crowded, but not too quiet either. I requested a room change because the hotel hadn't informed me that there were no available rooms after I had already booked. I didn't accept that, and when I called initially, the staff refused, saying there were no rooms available and I would have to wait until another day. I had to go down and complain before I finally got a room immediately, which was very surprising. Also, the hotel only had the heater on, even though it wasn't that cold; it was more on the warm side. In the end, I had to ask for an extra fan. The housekeeping came on time, but there was still dust and hair left. However, I informed the hotel about all of this, and they listened and made improvements. Overall, I think it was a good experience, and I would return.

Clean room, complete room amenities except toothbrush and toothpaste because almost all hotels do not provide them. There is a microwave and washing machine that is the most helpful, especially after a long journey. In front there is a mini market. The only minus is it is a bit difficult to find halal food for Muslims. To the train station is quite close.

Very nice place for holiday with family

The hotel is far from Seoul city centre, but close to Balsan station. The train ride to city centre takes almost an hour, with a few line transfers. If you are coming with big luggage, there is an elevator at one of the exit (not the one close to the hotel) but you will need to cross the main road to get to the hotel. There is a GS25 convenient store in front of the hotel. The hotel is surrounded by restaurants so that can be a huge plus point to many.

Convenient, close to the subway, around the area there are many restaurants. Delicious food, hahaha. The room is not very spacious. complete facilities There is a washing machine too. That's good! Anyhow, we have stayed here 3 times and like it.

I like it here. I have stayed 2 times already :) Near Balsan station. There are restaurants around the hotel. Lots of cute coffee shops, clean hotel, complete facilities 👍🏻👍🏻

If you consider traveling with your couple, do not book double room because the bed was too small for. The hotel is too far from downtown, and if available exit with elevator is also far from the hotel (if you consider taking subway from airport, it does matter!) Good things, there were bunches of restaurants nearby, and the room was equipped with kitchen and washing machine.

We had to stay there for 2 nights (11/11/16 till 13/11/16). They have a classic Korean design. Hidden kitchen and washing machine. (You need to ask the receptionist for the frying pan and bowls if you want to do some cooking). We felt comfortable with their services. The outside view wasn't really nice because there was some construction going on. So, it was dusty and noisy. Other than that, we were really enjoyed there! This hotel is near to a convenience store and NC Department Store.
