Average, took them 15 minutes to find my reservation.
The next morning when trying to get breakfast I was told that my reservation doesnt include breakfast, I told them it does and even tried to show the Manager the reservation on Expédia app but she didnt look at it and insisted that it doesnt have breakfast. I noticed that the amout I paid at move in was slightly different than what show my reservation so I guess the receptionist forget (or removed) the breakfast when I checked in.
I decided to just pay the breakfast for the rest of the stay so i could eat in peace instead of arguing with unpleasant customer service agents
