this accommodation is value for money. the room size is comfortable with a big bed and enough room for 2 big luggage. friendly staffs offering free snacks upon check in and events happening around the area during our stay. it wasn't easy to spot the hotel as it is situated on the 10th floor. on the 9th floor is a club and you can hear loud music. but it stops around 9 or 10 at night so no issue for us. the hotel is old but clean. complimentary coffee and bottled water in our room with a kettle. bottled water is also complimentary and extras can be picked up at the reception. body wash and shampoo is provided in the bathroom too. there is also a hair dryer! very important for ladies! very conveniently located near train station and food is abundance in this area!

Super strategic location, only 100 meters from exit 6 of Ximen Station, the rooms are spacious and clean but unfortunately it's a bit noisy during the day, maybe the sound of music from the building next door, but after 9pm it's no longer noisy.

They always clean the room everyday and give us fresh sheets and toiletries all the time. Despite the building being old they always make an effort on cleaning it. Location wise it is very good. Might come back.

The hotel location is good, clean, only the AC problem in the room is not cool enough.

Dirty, dull, uncomfortable for staying. Even though it's close to the crowd, it's not a recommendation. Good staff.

Overall was OK! Walking distance to MRT. Very convenient to get food downstairs from our hotel. Bed was comfy but toilet floor didn't have good maintenance. Cleaner always in the morning cleared dirty towels and cleared our rubbish 👍🏻

Good room, no window But there is a bathtub It's very convenient to go anywhere, walk to the MRT for 1 minute.

Good Location very near from MRT-Ximending, but there is no coming to clean the room during our stay (4 Nights).

Near mrt ximen exit6 Everything is great. Clean, safe, staff very nice. Highly recommended.

Clean room, good location, close to the source of food

Great location. Just in the Ximen Walking District shopping area. The only thing was no writing table/ coffee table in the room.

The hotel is a bit hard to find, however extremely convenient location near the ximending night market and the ximen bus station. Clean rooms, reasonable price
